Periodic Review of Progress. Academy of Advanced Learning shall be subject to a review of its operations and finances by the Board or a designee upon reasonable advance written notice. Academy of Advanced Learning shall, by November 1, 2017, and of each year thereafter provide to the School District a written report concerning any aspect of its operations, including without limitation progress made toward achieving its educational goals and objectives, content standards, policy development issues, student performance standards, student attendance and discipline information, personnel matters, and other provisions of its application and this Contract, not already addressed in the Plan submitted pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 – 406.

Periodic Review of Progress. LCS shall be subject to a review of its operations and finances by the Board of Education or a designee, upon reasonable advance written notice. LCS shall, by September 30 of each year, provide to the School District a written report, according to the format and/or categories specified by the School District, concerning its operations, including, without limitation, progress made towards achieving its education goals and objectives, content standards, policy development issues, student performance standards, student attendance and discipline information, personnel matters, and other provisions of this Contract.

Periodic Review of Progress. The progress of each trainee shall be reviewed at the completion of the initial 30-day trial period and subsequently at the end of each area assignment. Should a review reveal unsatisfactory progress on the part of the trainee, the Advisory Team will determine whatever action they consider appropriate. The Advisory Team shall arrange such job-related tests as are necessary to determine the trainee's progress in required work skills and related technical knowledge. These meetings will be conducted at the conclusion of the first and second year of the training program.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 7.1 The performance of the Employee in relation to his performance agreement shall be reviewed for the following quarters with the understanding that the reviews in the first and the third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
