Permanent Increases. (a) When an existing permanent position is assigned increased work time per day, the unit member in the same class who is working less than the new total number of hours per day and has the greatest seniority at the site where the adjustment is being made shall be offered the position with the increased work time. If the unit member who has the greatest seniority declines the additional hours, the additional hours will then be offered to the unit member in the next order of seniority in that class at the site. If no one at the site accepts the additional hours, it will be made subject to the transfer policy as set forth in this Agreement. The District shall not grant a vacant position to an outside applicant so long as there is a permanent unit member in the classification who meets the criteria set forth in the transfer article. When an existing permanent position is assigned increased work time under this Article, in no event shall the total permanent time assigned exceed 1.0 FTE.

Permanent Increases. Client may request a permanent increase to the number of Staff Members by submitting a written request to SupportNinja. SupportNinja will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate any such request, but any such increase will only take effect upon mutual execution of a Change Order. Any such increased staffing levels will continue in effect unless and until adjusted pursuant to Section 4.6(a) above.

  • Rent Increases The Rent payable shall not be increased or otherwise modified during the Term of this Lease. Any increase in Rent shall only take effect after the expiration of the Term provided in this Lease. Any increase in Rent to take effect upon renewal or extension of the Term of this Lease must be preceded by a - day notice of the same from the Landlord to the Tenant.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”). The increase will be a minimum 5% in addition to the current Rent payable.   • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Periodic Increases Periodic increases are provided as follows:

  • Fee Increases S&P reserves the right to increase its fees under this Order Schedule effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date by providing at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to Licensee prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect.

  • Step Increase Employees shall move to the next step of the salary schedule, only when agreed to specifically by parties in contract negotiations. If a step increase is provided, it shall be granted to those employees who receive an overall performance evaluation rating of “Effective” or higher. An employee who receives an overall performance evaluation of less than “Effective” shall not be eligible for the Board approved step increase; however, if the affected employee receives an overall performance evaluation of “Effective” or higher for the succeeding year he/she shall be granted the withheld step but not on a retroactive basis.

  • Longevity Increment All unit members who have completed the required years of District service, as defined below, shall be eligible to receive a longevity increment.

  • Salary Increases During the period of employment as provided in Paragraph 1(b) hereof, the base salary of the Executive shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether or not the same should be increased in light of the duties and responsibilities of the Executive and the performance thereof, and if it is determined that an increase is merited, such increase shall be promptly put into effect and the base salary of the Executive as so increased shall constitute the base salary of the Executive for purposes of Paragraph 3(a).
