Permission to Leave work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjust- ments as provided in this article. The Union recognizes that each xxxxxxx is employed by the Employer and that will not leave work during working hours except to perform duties under this Agreement. Therefore, no xxxxxxx shall leave work without obtaining the permission of supervisor which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Further, the Union recognizes that time spent dealing with such issues must disrupt services to the Residents.
Permission to Leave. All crewmembers must remain aboard the tug or company property unless permission to leave is granted by the Master.
