PERMITTED SERVICES. 4.1 Partially Addressed Mail Postings must all be posted using Mailmark and meet the specification and requirements of Royal Mail Mailmark® set out in Schedule 20 to the Access Letters Contract and Appendix M of the User Guide. If sending postcards using Mailmark, you must ensure that: (a) each has been produced from a sheet of paper that is cut, folded twice and adhered on all sides to provide a rectangular finished mailpiece in landscape orientation that has 2/3 Ply thickness (the 3 Ply being at the bottom of the mailer); and (b) each adheres to the following specifications: (i) Minimum size dimension – 140mm x 90mm ; (ii) Maximum size dimensions - 240mm x 165mm (iii) Paper Weight – 120 - 150 gsm (recommend 150gsm for maximum size dimensions) (iv) Paper thickness – ≥ 0.18mm (v) Finish – Matt or Silk (vi) the first fold creates an internal flap that amounts to 57% of the height of the shorter edge of the finished mailpiece (a manufacturing tolerance of ± 2% is permitted), and the second fold forms another flap that covers the internal flap and ends 1mm short of the bottom (reference) edge; (vii) a permanent and continuous adhesive seal of 15mm width (a manufacturing tolerance of ± 2mm is permitted) is required on 3 sides of the mailpiece; and (c) each of the following additional requirements are met: (i) the adhesive goes to the edge of the mailpiece. (ii) the adhesive is ≤ 80 microns thick. (iii) the glue has not seeped onto the outside of the mailpiece, and must not produce protruding mounds on the mailpiece; (iv) the glue is not brittle, or designed to be easily broken; (v) the peak peel adhesion strength of the glue must be ≥ 0.4N; (vi) the cure time for the glue must be sufficient to ensure that it has fully cured prior to posting; and (d) each is flat and not curled when presented to us. Figure 4 below illustrates the specification requirements for postcards to comply with paragraph 4.1: 4.2 Whilst physically, the specification and requirements of paragraph 4.1 apply to a postcard in landscape orientation, ensuring that the 3 Ply band amounts to 43% of the height of the shorter edge of the finished mailpiece, the artwork on the mailer may be printed in either landscape or portrait orientation. 4.3 Mailing Items that are postcards that do not comply with the specification and requirements set out in paragraph 4.1 must be sorted using Access 1400. 4.4 Mailing Items, other than postcards, made from a rectangular or square sheet of paper that has been f...

PERMITTED SERVICES. Employee may provide veterinary services to Clients, Referring Veterinarians and/or Referring Veterinary Practices at locations outside the Restricted Area if Employee did not engage in any activity prohibited by this Agreement and such clients were not solicited by Employee for the purposes of providing said veterinary services.
PERMITTED SERVICES. The Company acknowledges and accepts that during the term of the Original Agreement and the Employment Period the Executive and certain of his Affiliates has provided and will be providing: (a) services to and engaging in activities involving Tiger Management Limited and its Affiliates as described in Section 2.3 and subject to Sections 2.3, 2.4 and 7.1; (b) services to and engaging in activities involving Greater China Investments as described in Section 2.3 and subject to Sections 2.3, 2.4 and 7.1; (c) Permitted Services; (d) services to and engaging in activities involving, touching on or in relation to Declined Investment Opportunities.
PERMITTED SERVICES. The Franchisee's Facilities shall be used exclusively by the Franchisee solely for the rendering of Services. If the Franchisee wishes to use the Franchisee's Facilities for the purpose of offering services not specifically described in, or authorized by, this Agreement, then the Franchisee shall notify the City Engineer in writing before providing a ny such additional proposed services. If the City Engineer does not approve of proposed services set forth in any such notice, the City shall notify the Franchisee in writing that the City requires an amendment to this Agreement, or another form of authorization, before the Franchisee may provide such services, subject to applicable law. Such approval or authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned.
PERMITTED SERVICES. ‌ (a) Telstra may use the HFC Network to provide the following Carriage Services to any Premises within the Fixed Line Footprint: (i) the Carriage Services which are required and are used only to enable the:‌ (A) broadcast by Foxtel, using the HFC Network, of any or all of subscription television or audio broadcasting services or on- demand analogue or digital cable television or audio services, but which must not include internet protocol based services (the Foxtel Television Services); or (B) Ellenbrook Services; and (ii) the Carriage Services which satisfy all of the following:‌ (A) Telstra Multimedia is required to provide to an HFC User by using the HFC Network pursuant to the terms of a contract described in Annexure 1D in force as at 20 June 2010 (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any variation, extension or replacement of such a contract provided such variation, extension or replacement complies with the Spectrum Management Plan and does not extend the term of the contract beyond the Pay TV End Date); (B) Telstra Multimedia cannot cease to provide without suffering a financial or other penalty under a contract described in Annexure 1D in force as at 20 June 2010 (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any variation, extension or replacement of such a contract provided such variation, extension or replacement complies with the Spectrum Management Plan and does not extend the term of the contract beyond the Pay TV End Date); and (C) are to enable that HFC User to provide services other than: (I) internet protocol based services; (II) voice services; (III) broadband services; or (IV) services requiring a return path transmission over the HFC Network from the user, (the HFC User Services). (b) Telstra must not use the HFC Network to provide any Permitted Services to any Premises in the Fixed Line Footprint after the Pay TV End Date.‌ (c) Subject to clause 6.3(b) Telstra is entitled to provide the Permitted Services until a date determined at its discretion and may (for the avoidance of doubt) renew or extend any contractual obligation to provide a Permitted Service, without the prior written consent of NBN Co.

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.

  • Contracted Services PPG and Member Physicians shall render Contracted Services which are not PPG Capitated Services to Members covered under this Addendum B and shall be compensated on a fee-for-service basis at the rates set forth in Addendum E. PPG shall submit claims in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and State and federal law.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
