Personal Care Payments. For the life of this Agreement, the Board shall pay One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($125) per month for the benefit of a total of not to exceed one hundred and twenty eight (128) employees (from the Adult Educator and Coordinator bargaining units, combined) for their personal care. In order to be eligible to receive such personal care payments, an Adult Educator must either (1) both (a) be paying for coverage under a group health insurance plan offered by the Board, and (b) have been so paying as of May 1, 2003, or (2) both (a) be paying for coverage under a group health insurance plan offered by the Board and (b) be regularly scheduled to teach sixteen (16) or more instructional hours per week. If the number of eligible employees (combining Adult Educators and Coordinators) exceeds the maximum number of employees set forth in the foregoing paragraph, then the employees who shall receive such payments shall be determined in order of seniority (combining Adult Educators and Coordinators for this purpose).

  • Payment of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave (a) If an employee takes a period of paid personal/xxxxx’s leave and meets the notice requirements set out at Clause 44.3 the employer must pay the employee at the employee’s base rate of pay for the employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.

  • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.

  • STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered with the Statewide Payee Desk, which registration is a condition to payment.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave. This leave is non-cumulative.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS.

  • Governmental Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for government service in the public interest, including but not limited to the U.S. Public Health Service or Peace Corps leave.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

  • WASHINGTON’S STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, which registration is a condition to payment.

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.
