Personal Leave Accumulation. Effective April 1, 1995, personal leave shall be credited in accordance with the New York State Attendance Rules.
Personal Leave Accumulation. Employees shall be granted up to three (3) days personal leave per year, per employee, non-accumulative. These days will be unrestricted.

Any teacher defined in this agreement will earn one-half day of personal leave during any fiscal year when they work 85 days or more but less than 180 days per fiscal year.
