Personal Leave Accumulation. Effective April 1, 1995, personal leave shall be credited in accordance with the New York State Attendance Rules.
Personal Leave Accumulation. Employees shall be granted up to three (3) days personal leave per year, per employee, non-accumulative. These days will be unrestricted.
Personal Leave Accumulation. Personal leave may be accumulated to a maximum of four (4) days. Unused personal leave that will exceed the maximum accumulation shall be automatically cashed out and paid to the employee on the July pay cycle.

Any teacher defined in this agreement will earn one-half day of personal leave during any fiscal year when they work 85 days or more but less than 180 days per fiscal year. Any teacher working less than 85 days will receive no personal leave day. Teachers working 180 days or more will receive one and a half (1.5) personal leave days.
Personal Leave Accumulation. Untaken Personal Leave will accumulate from year to year as follows:
(i) Untaken Personal Leave entitlements from the commencement of this Agreement shall accumulate from year to year with no maximum accumulation.
(ii) Personal Leave accrues to a teacher in the teacher’s current year of service pursuant to clause 24.1(a) will be taken prior to the taking of any Personal Leave which the teacher has accumulated.
(iii) For the purpose of this clause, Personal Leave accumulates from year to year only in respect of consecutive years of employment with the same employer and not otherwise.
Personal Leave Accumulation. Each administrator shall be allowed four (4) days personal leave each year without loss of pay. Unused personal leave shall accumulate as a part of sick leave to a total of two hundred twenty-eight (228) days.
