Common use of Personal leave during annual leave Clause in Contracts

Personal leave during annual leave. An employee who is certified as unfit for duty because of personal illness by a medical practitioner approved by the Employer during a period of annual leave, shall be given credit for the time so certified and the paid annual leave shall be extended by the number of days that the employee has been so certified as unfit for duty.
