PET CARE. No pet (excluding fish) shall be left unattended in any apartment for a period in excess of 12 hours. All residents/ pet owners shall be responsible for adequate care, nutrition, exercise and medical attention for his /her pet. Pet owners must recognize that other residents may have chemical sensitivities, allergies, or fears related to pets. Pet owners must agree to exercise courtesy with respect to other residents and NHA staff.

PET CARE. A. All animal waste or litter from litter boxes or cages is to be picked up and disposed of in SEALED PLASTIC BAGS and placed in the trash bin outside the building.

The policy will include: - pets will be contained to another area than where the service is being provided - the consumer must be present during pet care - employees are not required to walk dogs - able-bodied co-habitants will care for any pets - the consumer must provide working cleaning equipment The pets allowed are as follows: No more than one cat or one dog or one cage with 2 small birds (no parrots) or one cage with no more than two rodents or one aquarium no more than 30 gallons. Current pets need not be removed but will not be replaced above the accepted limits as outlined.

  • Foot Care We do not Cover foot care, in connection with corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain or symptomatic complaints of the feet.

  • Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your primary care provider or specialist.

  • Patient Care Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, under supervision, commensurate with Resident's level of advancement and responsibility.

  • Child Care A. Employees employed as of March 1 who meet the following criteria shall be eligible for a lump sum payment each year. Eligible employees may apply for this payment between March 1 and April 15 of each year. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the completed application. Any application received after April 15 will be considered on a case by case basis and shall not be arbitrarily rejected.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.

  • Newborn Care A newborn child will be covered from the moment of birth provided that the newborn child is eligible for coverage and properly enrolled. Covered Services will consist of coverage for injury or illness, including the necessary care or treatment of medically diagnosed congenital defects, birth abnormalities, premature birth and transportation costs to the nearest facility appropriately staffed and equipped to treat the newborn's Condition, when such transportation is Medically Necessary. Circumcisions are provided for up to one year from the date of birth.

  • General Care ● Do not do anything to the District-issued Device that may permanently alter them in any way. ● Do not remove any serial numbers or identification marks placed on the District-issued Device. ● Keep the District-issued Device clean (e.g., do not eat or drink while using the Computing Device). ● TJUHSD does not provide backup services for any District-issued Device. Students should not store important documents on District-issued Device. District technicians will not attempt to recover lost data on District-issued Device. Carrying the District-issued Device: ● It is recommended to use a padded backpack or a case to transport the District-issued Device.

  • Urgent Care Services All Medically Necessary Covered Services received in Urgent Care Centers, Retail Clinics or your Primary Care Physician’s office after-hours to treat an Urgent Medical Condition will be covered by AvMed. Any request for reimbursement of payment made by a Member for services received must be filed within 90 days or as soon as reasonably possible but not later than one year unless the Member was legally incapacitated. If Urgent Medical Services and Care are required while outside the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii, it is the Member’s responsibility to pay for such services at the time they are received.
