Pet Care. The employer agrees to develop a policy to address health and safety concerns related to consumer pets by January 31, 2006. The policy will include: - pets will be contained to another area than where the service is being provided - the consumer must be present during pet care - employees are not required to walk dogs - able-bodied co-habitants will care for any pets - the consumer must provide working cleaning equipment The pets allowed are as follows: No more than one cat or one dog or one cage with 2 small birds (no parrots) or one cage with no more than two rodents or one aquarium no more than 30 gallons. Current pets need not be removed but will not be replaced above the accepted limits as outlined.

Pet Care. No pet (excluding fish) shall be left unattended in any apartment for a period in excess of 12 hours. All residents/ pet owners shall be responsible for adequate care, nutrition, exercise and medical attention for his /her pet. Pet owners must recognize that other residents may have chemical sensitivities, allergies, or fears related to pets. Pet owners must agree to exercise courtesy with respect to other residents and NHA staff.
Pet Care. A. All animal waste or litter from litter boxes or cages is to be picked up and disposed of in SEALED PLASTIC BAGS and placed in the trash bin outside the building. B. Cat litter must be emptied and replaced at least twice weekly and cleaned daily. C. Litter from litter boxes is not to be disposed of down the stool. D. If a smell is developed because of improper care of the Pet, the Owner shall first give one verbal reprimand followed by one written notice. The next notice of the problem shall result in the Tenant being required to remove the Pet from the complex. E. The Tenant agrees to use a “pooper scooper” to clean up behind the Pet should it mess on the exterior grounds. The debris shall be disposed of in a sealed plastic bag. F. The Tenant agrees to provide adequate care, nutrition, exercise and medical care for the Pet. G. The Tenant agrees and is aware that the Owner may impose a $5.00 per occurrence waste removal charge in the event that the Tenant does not comply with the procedures of disposal of pet waste.
Pet Care. Each pet owner shall be responsible for adequate care, nutrition, exercise and medical attention for his/her pet. Each pet owner shall be responsible or appropriately training and caring for his/her pet to ensure that the pet is not a nuisance or danger to other residents and does not damage THA property. No animals may be tethered or chained inside or outside the unit at any time.
Pet Care. 1. The pet owner agrees to provide pet care, proper nutrition, regular exercise, and medical care for the pet. Pets that appear to be poorly care for will be reported to Animal Control or other municipal authority for removal at the owner’s expense. (See Section IX.) 2. Pet owners are responsible for providing proof to management of annual shots and licensing of the pet. 3. Management reserves the right, for proper cause, to inspect the pet owner’s apartment at any time (after proper notice, if possible, and without notice in an emergency) in order to verify the condition of the apartment and/or the pet. 4. A pet must be removed by the pet owner from his or her apartment for flea or pest control treatment of the apartment if necessary. 5. If management deems it to be necessary to fumigate the apartment as a result of the presence of a pet, the resident pet owner will be responsible for all costs incurred. (See Section IX.) 6. Upon admission of a pet to the Xxxxxxxxx House, the pet owner shall file with the management proof that a flea fumigation program acceptable to management will be maintained for any fur-bearing pet. Thereafter, the owner of the fur-bearing pet shall file, at intervals determined by management, proof that the pet and/or the apartment is being fumigated for fleas by an accredited pest control professional.

  • Dental Care a. Dental Care for Members over age 19 is limited to the following: i. care and stabilization treatment rendered within 62 days of an Accidental Dental Injury provided such services are for the treatment of damage to Sound Natural Teeth; ii. extraction of teeth required prior to radiation therapy when you have a diagnosis of cancer of the head or neck. b. General anesthesia and hospitalization services are covered when required to assure the safe delivery of necessary dental treatment or surgery for a dental Condition which, if left untreated, is likely to result in a medical Condition if: i. a Member has one or more medical Conditions that would create significant or undue medical risk for the Member in the course of delivery of any necessary dental treatment or surgery if not rendered in a Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center; or ii. a Covered Dependent child is under eight years of age and it is determined by a licensed dentist and the Covered Dependent’s Attending Physician that dental treatment or surgery in a Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center is necessary due to a significantly complex dental Condition, or a developmental disability in which patient management in the dental office has proven to be ineffective.
