Phone assistance. Phone assistance is available during the times specified for the Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx Cybersecurity support plan purchased by customer. The customer must always open a ticket before contacting the technical support engineer by phone. The phone support channel is intended exclusively for problems with Priority 1. Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET. Advanced support hours are around the clock, 365 days a year. Phone assistance. The Contractor shall guarantee the phone assistance 24/24 h, every day as follows; The Contractor’s Specialist located at PSx and dedicated to perform the activities listed p. 4.1, shall be available by phone at the number: +798xxxxxxxxxxx Whenever technical advice is required, the Specialist shall advice : on trouble-shoot small problems; on the equipment operation monitoring; on activating tele-service assistance; on whether emergency service is needed. In this case the Customer shall provide: - Free access to the equipment - Suitable telephonic connection - Suitable web access in order to activate Tele-Service if required.   • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Employee Assistance Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance are available from or through the Employer’s employee assistance program provider(s) (E.A.P.).

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
