Phone Calls After Hours. A) An employee who after she has left her place of work, receives a phone call from management, or designate, after work, which does not involve a return to her place of work, shall be paid for each hour or portion thereof worked or for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour at appropriate overtime rates.
