The Licensee grants to University permission to: record Licensee’s appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium, whether now known or hereafter conceived or created (collectively, “Recordings”); use Licensee’s name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such Recordings; exhibit or distribute such Recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any legal purpose; including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such Recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to license or assign rights in such Recordings without consideration, compensation, accounting or report to Licensee.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE. The BFRC periodically photographs during BFRC sponsored programs. These pictures may be used for advertising, Internet (website/Facebook) and around the facility. Occasionally pictures may be taken and submitted to the newspaper or other media as well. By signing the team roster/liability waiver on the next page you are also giving the BFRC/City of Belle Fourche permission to use these photographs.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE. American Music Abroad may take photographs or video of its trips, and trip participants grant American Music Abroad permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. American Music Abroad reserves the right to change the itinerary as necessary for the safety, comfort or convenience of the group or as necessary by reason of political, climatic, environmental or cultural considerations. Any such increase in cost necessitated by such changes is the responsibility of participant. MEDICAL PROXY Participant hereby gives American Music Abroad and its contractors permission to arrange emergency medical treatment for participant if necessary, and participant agrees to hold American Music Abroad harmless for the provision or non-provision of such services. PRICE INCREASES Prices may increase due to higher costs or supplier surcharges at any point up to the time of final payment. Thereafter, only tax increases can be added to the trip cost. VISAS AND PASSPORTS Participants are solely responsible for procuring up-to-date passports and all necessary visas, inoculations, shots, etc.
