PICKET LINE CLAUSE. It shall not be construed to be a violation of the Agree­ ment for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line of a striking or locked out Union.

PICKET LINE CLAUSE. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action, in the event an employee refuses to enter upon any property involved in a primary labor dispute, or refuses to go through or work behind any primary picket line, including the primary picket line of the Union party to this Agreement, and including primary picket lines at the Employer’s own places of business or jobs.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action, in the event an employee refuses to enter upon any property involved in a labor dispute or refuses to go through or work behind any picket line, including the picket line of the Unions party to this Agreement and including picket line at the Employer’s place or places of business. There shall be no additional expenses to any Employer as a result of employees honoring a picket line. No one will be hired by an Employer prior to placing his employees who are honoring a picket line.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. Employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to respect any legal primary picket line validly established by any bona fide Labor Organization, and the Union party to this Agreement has the right to withdraw Employees covered by this Agreement whenever the Employer party to the Agreement is involved in a legitimate primary labor dispute with any bona fide Labor Organization.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. 6.1 It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action in the event an employee refuses to go through or work behind a primary picket line. However, if the employee elects not to cross the primary picket line at the Company’s place of business, all benefit contributions including health, welfare and pension shall immediately cease. Vacations, holidays, etc., shall not be paid while employees refuse to cross the primary picket line.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. 36.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for any person covered by this Agreement to refuse to cross any picket line, to work behind any picket line. Any such refusal shall not constitute grounds or cause for discharge, layoff, demotion, suspension or any other disciplinary action by the Employer.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. It will not be considered a violation of this Agreement for employees to refuse to cross an on-site, lawful, primary picket line nor shall any employee be discriminated against for such refusal.

B) It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action, if any employee refuses to perform any service which his or her Employer undertakes to perform for an Employer or person whose employees are on strike, and which service, but for such strike, would be performed by the employees of the Employer or person on strike. C) Employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to respect any legal primary picket line validly established by any bona fide Labor Organization and the Union party to this Agreement, has the right to withdraw employees covered by this Agreement whenever the Employer, party to this Agreement, is involved in a legitimate, primary Labor dispute with any Bona fide Labor Organization.
PICKET LINE CLAUSE. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement if USWA employee members fail to report to work because of refusal to cross a legitimate authorized picket line established by the TEAMSTERS UNION representing the truck drivers or warehouse employees of the Los Angeles plant provided such UNION is the recognized bargaining agent for said employees and provided such authorized picket line is at the plant location where the USWA employees work only when such picket line is in connection with a strike over contract negotiations and provided said picket line has been recognized by the USWA and such picket line has been sanctioned by the Joint Council of Teamsters Local #42.
