Planned Outage Schedule. Seller will develop and implement, or cause to be developed and implemented, an annual scheduled outage program for each Facility. Seller will review with Buyers the annual scheduled outage program for each such Facility by no later than one hundred and thirty (130) days prior to the start of each PJM Delivery Year. Seller agrees to notify Buyers of changes to the scheduled outage program as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Planned Outage Schedule. The Authority shall procure that the Generator shall, not less than 15 Working Days prior to the start of each Contract Year, provide to the Supplier a schedule (in a form required by the Supplier, acting reasonably) setting out each of the proposed Planned Outages in the relevant Contract Year, including details as to the amount by which the Net Capacity of the Facility will be reduced and the nominated timing and dates of such Planned Outages (“Planned Outage Schedule”). The Generator may amend the Planned Outage Schedule for any Contract Year (by resubmitting the form referred to in Paragraph 4.1 provided it does so as far in advance of the Planned Outage that is to be revised by such amendment as reasonably possible. In nominating the number, timing and duration of Planned Outages to be included in a Planned Outage Schedule and in proposing any amendments to such Planned Outage Schedule, the Authority shall procure that the Generator shall consider the benefit to each Party of avoiding Outages during the Months of November to February (inclusive) insofar as reasonably practicable. The Authority shall procure that the Generator shall consult with the Supplier during the period in which the Generator is preparing each Planned Outage Schedule and any amendments thereto, to ascertain the Supplier’s preferences, provided that the final decision with regards to scheduling Planned Outages shall rest with the Generator. Disputes regarding the Authority’s compliance with Paragraph 4.1 to 4.4 shall be resolved in accordance with Clause 16.

Planned Outage Schedule. The Parties shall develop a Planned ----------------------- Outage Schedule no later than October 1, for the twenty-four (24) month period beginning January 1 of the following year for the Facilities. Generating Company shall submit its initial proposed Planned Outage Schedule no later than September 1 for the following two (2) calendar years. This will allow Transmission Provider one (1) month to work out any conflicts according to the process identified in Section 3.10.5 below. The schedule submitted to the Transmission Provider shall include all Units 10 MVA or larger and all Interconnection Equipment and associated radial facilities. Subsequently, after the first of the year, each month the schedule shall have a new month added so as to maintain a rolling twenty-four (24) month period. If a proposed outage is expected to continue beyond the month that was submitted, then the complete duration of the proposed outage shall also be submitted. The rolling twenty-four (24) month proposed Planned Outage schedules shall be reviewed by Transmission Provider as they are received and will attempt to resolve any conflicts at that time, with the finalized schedule being issued no later than October 1 for the following two (2) calendar years. The Parties agree to meet to review the efficacy of the procedures in Sections 3.10.2 through 3.10.5 twelve (12) months after the Effective Date of this Agreement and to seek agreement on any necessary changes. Pending the Transmission Provider's filing at FERC of its proposed treatment of data provided to Transmission Provider , and FERC's acceptance of such proposed treatment, data provided pursuant to this Section will be treated as Confidential Information in accordance with Article 20.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the ISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.
