Pool Employees. 31 (1) A pool employee is credentialed by the State of Wisconsin and employed on an hourly 32 basis. The rate of pay will be adjusted by any general wage increase. 1 (2) Pool employees shall be granted a bonus based on total pool hours paid at the end of each 2 payroll year.
