Position Management a. The Library will utilize a Position Action Form (PAF) to change any attributes for all positions, managed through the CIS position control feature.
b. Total complement can only change through Town Council approval however the Board has authority for shifts between full and part time, as part of the annual budget approval.
c. Any changes to position titles, salary ranges, business units or other position attributes must be documented in a PAF and sent to the Town’s HR department for processing and distribution to Financial Planning for budget impacts and payroll for employee related changes.
