Post Season Play. Coaches whose teams qualify to participate in extended seasons because of WIAA sanctioned post-season activities will be compensated in the following manner: A. Post-season pay will become effective after the completion of league competition. B. Coaches will be compensated at a per diem rate to be calculated as follows: Coaching Stipend divided by number of days per season = per diem rate. C. Coaches must submit appropriate verification of the number of post-season days worked. This verification must be signed by the Athletic Director and the principal and submitted to HR for payment. D. Post-season pay will be effective for sports where students compete both as teams and as individuals. E. For specialty sports, the head coach plus one other coach may receive post-season pay. (Illustrative examples: Shot put coach would go in addition to the head coach if an athlete competes in shot put post-season. Long jump coach would go with the head coach for students who make it to post-season long-jump competition.) F. For the 2017-18 school year, the per diem rate for post-season will be 60% for teams qualifying less than half the team, and 40% for teams qualifying three or fewer players. Beginning with the 2018-19 school year, any coach approved for post-season pay, will receive full per diem as indicated in “C” above.

Post Season Play. Extracurricular supervisors whose groups, team or team members qualify and participate in post season tournaments, games, meets or matches, which shall be considered any play after a team/individual could have been eliminated from further competition, shall receive additional compensation for up to four (4) weeks as follows: a) Ten (10) percent of their regular extracurricular salary for head coaches and assistant coaches of all sports for 1 to 2 weeks of post season play. b) An additional five (5) percent of their regular extracurricular salary for head coaches and assistant coaches of all sports for 3 or more weeks of post season play. c) Five (5) percent of their regular extracurricular salary for the cheerleader advisor for attendance and performance at tournaments. d) In the event both the boys and girls teams attend the State Basketball Tournaments, the cheerleader advisor will receive a double stipend. the e) Additional compensation will be approved for club advisors whose teams advance to a post season. This compensation will be proportionate to extra commitment.
Post Season Play. A. All post-season play must be in accordance with the LBC rules. All of the teams in the Londonderry Basketball Club Travel Program are eligible for post- season play, with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Season record ties will be determined by: 1st: Head-to-Head Play, 2nd: Team allowing the least points in Head-to-Head Play, 3rd: Head-to-Head team allowing the least points scored against them overall during the season.

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit. (b) An employee who is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit shall not, subject to (c) below, accumulate seniority. In the event the employee is returned by the Hospital to a position in the bargaining unit within twenty-four (24) months of the transfer he or she shall be credited with the seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of his or her return to the bargaining unit. An employee not returned to the bargaining unit within 24 months shall forfeit bargaining unit seniority. (c) In the event an employee transferred out of the bargaining unit under (b) above is returned to the bargaining unit within a period of six (6) calendar months, he shall accumulate seniority during the period of time outside the bargaining unit."
