Postal Support Employees. The hourly rates for PSEs shall be adjusted by the general increases provided for in Article 9.1. In addition, PSEs will receive the following wage adjustments: Effective, November 17, 2012, the hourly rates for all grades shall be increased by 1.0%. Effective November 16, 2013, the hourly rates for all grades shall be increased by 1.0%. Effective November 15, 2014, the hourly rates for all grades shall be increased by 1.5%.
