Place of Posting. The notice inviting bids for an assignment shall be posted on the official bulletin boards in each installation where the vacancy exists. Copies of the notice shall be given to the Union. When an employee on approved leave has so requested in writing, stating his/her mailing address, a copy of any notice inviting bids for which the employee is eligible shall be mailed to the employee.

Place of Posting. 1.1 Your initial place of posting shall be at Pune . However, your services are transferable to any other another place either in existence now or which would come into existence henceforth. You may also be seconded, deputed or transferred to any other company associated to the Company or to Company’s clients’ or clients’ customers offices whether in India or abroad. 1.3 Your place of work shall change in case of any relocation of the Company’s offices, for which you shall not be entitled to any additional compensation. 1.4 Actual work timings and shifts may vary from time to time based on business and client / client’s customer service requirements. The Company reserves the right to change the working hours at any time and employee will be advised of the changes in advance. An employee is expected to work in any shift including in night shift as may be assigned to him/her by the Management.

E Successful Bidder E1 Within 10 days after the closing date of the posting (includ- ing December), the installation head shall post a notice stat- ing the successful bidder and the bidder’s seniority date. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification xxxx- dards established for that position shall be designated the “successful bidder.” E2 The successful bidder must be placed in the new assignment within 15 days except in the month of December. E3 Normally, an employee shall work the duty assignment for which the employee has been designated the successful bidder. However, when an employee is moved off the em- ployee’s duty assignment, the employee shall not be re- placed by another employee. Place of Posting. The Employee will be posted at China office. The Employee may need to travel if the Company so requires. The Employee could be transferred to another location, seconded to any other entity, in U.S. or abroad, based upon the Company’s requirements. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in writing by the Company, the terms of this Agreement, including those relating to compensation, shall govern any such transfer and / or secondment.

Place of Posting. Notices for bids for a bargaining unit assignment shall be posted on the official bulletin board(s) normally used for such posting at all facilities having health units within the metropolitan commuting area where the vacancy exists. Copies of the notice shall be sent to the Union at the National level.
