Posting of Non-Bargaining Unit Position. When a non-bargaining unit position becomes available in the police department because of retirement, resignation, transfer, separation or the creation of an additional position and the University decides to fill such vacancy, the vacancy and minimum qualifications established solely by the University, including any required testing, will be posted.
