Potential Projects. Proposals should be directed at improving health information literacy and/or advancing the field of health literacy research and resources. • Projects may include the following (other creative ideas are encouraged): • Training in effective use of information resources to the target population. • Training on locating and evaluating health information found on the Internet. • Provide access to health information documents or other needed health information for the target population. • Develop clinical best practices or protocols to reduce clinician-patient communication barriers. • Develop partnerships with school librarians, primary and secondary school teachers (health, science, etc.), and school nurses to introduce health related tasks into the curriculum. • Work with consumer advocate organizations to increase vulnerable populations’ access and ability to navigate health information. • Collaborate with appropriate partners to provide health information literacy training for health educators.
Potential Projects. PARTIES seek to coordinate and undertake projects in the Eastern Sierra, including but not limited to those identified through the ESSRP Priority Development (Development) described in the Cost Sharing Agreement, and projects included in the ESCOG’s SREMP established pursuant to ESCOG Resolution No. 20-03. a. Projects identified through the Development may include, but are not limited to, projects within the following focus areas: • Permitting facilitation and clean-up (i.e. use permits, film permits, other agreements); • Maintenance and staffing of visitor centers; • Existing "hard infrastructure" including bathrooms, pavement maintenance, water, sewer, other buildings; • Existing "soft infrastructure" including trail maintenance, signage, campground service; • New soft and hard infrastructure as described above; • New trails and facility planning and construction; • Local government recreational infrastructure maintenance, rehabilitation and new projects identification and work program development; and • Project planning, including environmental review. b. Projects identified through the SREMP may include, but are not limited to: Activities that seek to integrate responsible ecosystem management, natural resources conservation, sustainable outdoor recreation, visitor management, inter-agency information sharing, and economic development using the best available science and in such a way as to strengthen and inspire all communities in the Eastern Sierra in their pursuits of resilience and sustainability through the functional alignment of partner agencies in pursuit of identified projects.
Potential Projects. At the request of Owner, Developer shall assist Owner with the identification and acquisition of Potential Projects from time to time. Developer shall provide Owner with a monthly statement of Developer’s personnel costs and related overhead in connection with the performance of Developer’s obligations under this Section 2, which monthly statement shall be accompanied by evidence reasonably satisfactory to Owner of such costs. Owner shall pay to Developer the full amount of such costs promptly after receipt of such monthly statement.

  • Annual Projections As soon as practicable and in any event prior to the beginning of each Fiscal Year, Borrowers shall deliver to Lender projected balance sheets, statements of income and cash flow for Borrowers on a consolidated and consolidating basis, for each of the twelve (12) months during such Fiscal Year, which shall include the assumptions used therein, together with appropriate supporting details as reasonably requested by Lender.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE.   • Capital Projects (a) The selection of all design professionals and contractors for capital projects shall be made by Lessor and Lessor shall provide at its expense all materials and services for capital projects. (b) Lessee shall cooperate with Lessor with respect to capital projects. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing which may be construed to the contrary, Lessee shall have no obligation to perform any such capital projects unless Lessee agrees to perform and be responsible for same in accordance with a written agreement therefor between Lessor and Lessee.
