Following completion of the Pre-Construction Environmental Evaluation on the Property, a final “Pre- Construction Environmental Evaluation Report”, summarizing the results of the Pre- Construction Environmental Evaluation shall be prepared by Xxxxxx and submitted to the Port no later than five (5) business days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of such final Pre-Construction Environmental Evaluation Report. The Port shall have a period of twenty (20) days to review and approve the final findings of the Pre-Construction Environmental Evaluation Report, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.   • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • Pre-Construction Conference Participate in a pre-construction conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • Environmental constraints and management Describe or cross refer to environmental constraints applicable to the Contractor’s plan and his activities on the Affected Property and how they should be managed.   • Special Construction If, after an order is placed, Xxxxxxx finds that third-party special construction services are needed to build, configure or install any additional facilities and/or equipment necessary for Verizon to provide Access service, Verizon will notify the Customer of any such special construction charges. If Customer does not accept the special construction charges, Customer may terminate the order(s) affected by the special construction charges, with no cancellation fee(s).
