Pre-Scheduled Usage. STO may be used for any lawful purpose by the employee, however; the time requested shall require the advance approval of management with due consideration of both employee convenience and administrative requirements.
Pre-Scheduled Usage. Paid Time Off may be used for any lawful purpose by the nurses; requests for Paid Time Off shall not be submitted more than one (1) year in advance of the requested time; the time requested shall require the approval of management with due consideration of nurse convenience and administrative requirements, including but not limited to staffing needs and budget constraints. Requests for paid time off shall not be unreasonably denied. Approvals/denials shall be made in writing to the requesting nurse in accordance with Nursing Standards within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the request. Coded part-time nurses working consistently above their code status for at least a six (6) month period of time within the previous twelve (12) months, may request Paid Time Off above their code status to the code status they consistently work as set forth above. Requests for Paid Time Off above code status will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval after due consideration to nurse convenience and administrative requirements, including but not limited to staffing needs and budget constraints. Upon request of a part-time nurse denied Paid Time Off above code status, the reasons supporting the denial shall be documented and supplied to the affected nurse or to their authorized RNPA representative. Requests shall not be denied solely because they are above code status. Coded part-time nurses who do not consistently work above their code status for at least a six (6) month period of time within the previous twelve (12) months are not entitled to take Paid Time Off over their code status. In the event an employee's supervisor does not approve vacation time for an employee sufficient to reduce the accumulated STO balance to the maximum allowable balance, the employee may take vacation as a matter of right immediately before the end of the pay period in which STO would be lost.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.

  • Equipment Usage The equipment must remain in use for the specific project for which it was obtained in accordance with 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(1), unless the provision in 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(4) applies.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Word Usage Words used in the masculine shall apply to the feminine where applicable, and wherever the context of this Agreement dictates, the plural shall be read as the singular and the singular as the plural.

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.

  • Data Usage We may use Data for the following purposes (in each case to the extent permitted by law):

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS.
