Preliminary Assignments Clause Samples
The Preliminary Assignments clause defines the initial tasks or deliverables that must be completed before the main obligations of a contract commence. Typically, this clause outlines specific preparatory actions such as site surveys, design submissions, or obtaining necessary permits, and sets deadlines for their completion. By clearly establishing these early requirements, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately prepared and that the project can proceed smoothly, minimizing delays and misunderstandings at the outset.
