PREPARATION AND REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS. A. Except as otherwise stated elsewhere in the stipulations, ARHA and/or its assignees shall submit a draft of all technical reports, treatment plans and other documentation to the City and the SHPO for 30-day review and comment. ARHA and/or its assignees shall address all comments received within thirty (30) days of confirmed receipt in the revised technical report/documentation. Following written approval by the City and SHPO, final reports either electronic or physical will be provided to the signatories.
B. All technical reports prepared pursuant to this Agreement will be consistent with the federal standards entitled Archeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines (48 FR 44716-44742, September 29, 1983), and SHPO’s Guidelines for Conducting Historic Resources Survey in Virginia (rev. 2017), or any subsequent revisions or replacements of these documents.
C. All architectural and landscape studies resulting from this agreement shall be consistent with pertinent standards and guidelines of the Secretary of the Interior, including as applicable the Secretary's Standards and Guidelines for Historical Documentation (48 FR 44728-30) and for Architectural and Engineering Documentation (48 FR 44730-34).
D. The SHPO and other Concurring Parties agree to provide comments on the management summary of the Archaeological Evaluation and, if necessary, Data Recovery investigations within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. If no comments are received from the SHPO or other Concurring Parties within the fifteen (15) day review period, the City and ARHA may assume the non-responding party has no comments.
E. The SHPO and other Concurring Parties agree to provide comments on all other technical reports, treatment plans, and other documentation arising from this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If no comments are received from the SHPO or other Concurring Parties within the thirty (30) day review period, the City and ARHA may assume the non-responding party has no comments.

All archaeological studies, technical reports, and treatment plans prepared pursuant to this Agreement shall be consistent with the federal standards titled Archaeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines (48 FR 44716-44742, September 29, 1983), the SHPO’s Guidelines for Conducting Historic Resources Survey in Virginia (October 2011), Attachment A, Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the 0000 Xxxxxxx XX, and the ACHP’s Recommended Approach for Consultation on Recovery of Significant Information from Archaeological Sites (1999), or subsequent revisions or replacements to these documents.
B. The SHPO and Consulting Parties to this Agreement agree to provide comments to the VDOT on all technical materials, findings, and other documentation arising from this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt unless otherwise specified. If no comments are received from the SHPO and Consulting Parties within the thirty (30)-calendar-day review period, VDOT may assume that the non-responsive party has no comment. The VDOT shall take into consideration all comments received in writing from the SHPO and Consulting Parties within the thirty (30)-calendar-day review period.
C. The VDOT shall provide the SHPO three (3) copies (two (2) hardcopies and one
(1) in Adobe Acrobat format [PDF] on compact disk) of all final reports prepared pursuant to this Agreement. The VDOT shall also provide each Consulting Party a copy of any final report in Adobe Acrobat format, or in hardcopy if so requested by a party. Such requests must be received by the VDOT in writing prior to the completion of the Project.
PREPARATION AND REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS. A. When the grant agreement for an award under the ABPP Grant Programs so stipulates, the recipient shall submit a draft of all technical reports, treatment plans and other documentation to the NPS, SHPO/THPO, and Consulting Parties.
B. For all ABPP Grant Programs, the recipient shall provide final reports, treatment plans or other documentation to the SHPO/THPO and other Consulting Parties in format(s) specified in the grant agreement.
C. All technical reports prepared pursuant to this Agreement will be consistent with the federal standards entitled Archeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines, 48 Fed. Reg. 44,716-42 (Sep. 29, 1983) and the guidelines of the state in which the project is located.
X. XXXX/THPOs and other Consulting Parties agree to provide comments on all technical reports, treatment plans, and other documentation arising from this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If no comments are received within the thirty (30) day review period, the NPS may assume the non-responding party has no comments.
PREPARATION AND REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS. Unless otherwise specified in this MOA, preparation and review of documents will be conducted in the following manner:

All studies, technical reports, and treatment plans prepared pursuant to this MOA shall be consistent with pertinent standards and guidelines including, as applicable, The Secretary's Standards and Guidelines for Historical Documentation (48 Fed. Reg. 44728-30), The Secretary's Standards and Guidelines for Architectural and Engineering Documentation (48 Fed. Reg. 44730-34), Archaeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines (48 Fed. Reg. 44716-44742, September 29, 1983), ACHP’s Treatment of Archaeological Properties: A Handbook, ACHP’s Recommended Approach for Consultation on Recovery of Significant Information from Archaeological Sites (1999), and the Virginia SHPO’s Guidelines for Conducting Historic Resources Survey in Virginia (October 2017), or subsequent revisions or replacements to these documents, and are in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.11(d) and (e) per the SEHSR PA Stipulation IV.
B. The Lead Project Sponsor shall provide the Virginia SHPO two (2) copies (one [1] bound archival hard copy and one [1] in .pdf on compact disc or other electronic format that is acceptable to the Lead Project Sponsor and the Virginia SHPO) of all draft and final reports prepared pursuant to this MOA. The Lead Project Sponsor shall also provide a hard copy of any draft and final report, as stated in the stipulations, to the Consulting Parties to this MOA unless a Consulting Party requests the material in another format acceptable to the Lead Project Sponsor. The requesting Consulting Party must submit such requests to the Lead Project Sponsor in writing. The Lead Project Sponsor shall provide a hard copy of all final reports to all non- Consulting Party recipients as identified in the stipulations above.
C. Unless otherwise specified in this MOA, the Virginia SHPO and other Consulting Parties agree to provide comments on all Project plans, technical reports, treatment plans, and other documentation arising from this MOA to the Lead Project Sponsor within thirty (30)-calendar days of receipt of complete information. Two (2) copies of all final reports, bound and 379 on acid-free paper, and one electronic copy on CD, shall be provided to the SHPO, and one (1) copy to 380 other consulting parties as appropriate. 381 B. All technical reports prepared pursuant to this Agreement shall be consistent with the federal 382 standards entitled “Archeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior's Standards and 383 Guidelines” (48 FR 44716-44742, September 29, 1983) and SHPO's “Guidelines for Conducting 384 Historic Resources Survey in Virginia” (2011) or subsequent revisions or replacements to these 385 documents.
