Preparation of Equipment. Borrower shall bear the sole cost and expense of dismantling, packing, insuring and transporting or shipping the Equipment to Borrower. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Borrower shall bear the full cost of dismantling, packing, insuring, and transporting or shipping the Equipment back to NC State and reassembling the Equipment in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Preparation of Equipment a)In getting the Equipment presentable for listing and for inspection by potential buyers, BigIron recommends you do the following: ·Wash the Equipment, clean the engine compartment & operator’s station, remove mud, dirt, grease, and all hazardous materials. ·Have all attachments and accessories being sold with the Equipment at the same location, ready for inspection. ·Have the Equipment keys available. Machines shall be in operable condition and must crank, start, and operate, unless advertised and disclosed in the Listing that the machine is not operational. ·Ensure the Equipment has adequate fuel, with a minimum of twenty (20) gallons, as applicable. ·If available, provide a copy of maintenance records and details or invoices of major repairs performed on the Equipment.

Preparation of Equipment. When the Company requires a highway driver to make the initial hookup of the equipment and/or final unhooking and storing of the equipment, such work are included in their mileage rate remuneration. It is agreed that a driver, while performing work where a higher scale prevails, shall receive the prevailing scale while performing work in that area. for pay must be accounted for by the highway driver on a form provided and approved by the Company's representative in charge. In the event of breakdowns or other allegedly unavoidable delays such as major snow storms occur- ring in areas without supervision, the Company mat, at its discretion, require drivers to sign a statutory declaration having the same force and effect as a statement made under oath and by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act setting forth the causes to the best of their knowledge and belief €or such breakdowns and/or delays. When a Highway driver is required to find his own sleeping accommodation, the Company agrees to pay all bona fide room receipts. The Company agrees to provide clean and sanitary sleeping accommodations. Where new sleeping accommodations are built, such premises shall be adequately air conditioned. Standard Equipment installations performed by Viasat-authorized installers include: (i) installation of the antenna to an outside wall or sloped roof; (ii) travel to and from your Service location within 50 miles of the installer’s office; (iii) cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor; (iv) connection of the antenna to the modem using up to 150 feet of cable; (v) connection of the modem to one computer using up to 7 feet of cable; and (vi) required mounting and cabling hardware. Any different or additional installation services or hardware are non-standard and may result in additional charges to be agreed upon between you and the installer. All installations include attaching the Equipment to your computer, installing software on your computer and configuring your computer to optimize the performance of the Internet Service. You confirm that you have reviewed the installation plan and agreed to any associated charges. If you approved a roof mount, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with this type of installation (including, without limitation, with respect to any warranty that applies to your roof or roof membrane). By signing this Agreement, scheduling a service or installation visit, and permitting us or our service provider to enter your home, you are authorizing Viasat and its service provider to perform all of the above actions. You are responsible for backing up the data on your computer and we highly recommend that you do so prior to permitting access to us or one of our designated service providers. NEITHER VIASAT NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR OTHER SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO YOUR PREMISES OR LOSS OF SOFTWARE, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION FROM YOUR COMPUTER. This limitation does not apply to any damages arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of us or one of our designated service providers.   • Inspection of Equipment  The Contractor’s equipment is inspected by an authorised Eskom employee on arrival at the site.  The following documentation is required to accompany the equipment where applicable: copies of all test certificates and maintenance records.  Lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be marked with a unique number, code or colour code for identification. If the equipment is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or if insufficient maintenance has been carried out on the equipment then it will not be approved for use on Site. A list of all lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be submitted to the Employer at least 2 days prior to the occupation date. This list must indicate the unique number and description of the equipment.  Training requirements must comply with the Works Information and statutory requirements.

  • LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.

  • Relocation of Equipment Lessee shall at all times keep the Equipment within its exclusive possession and control.   • Delivery of Equipment (a) We will try to deliver Equipment to you on the delivery date (Delivery Date) and at the address (Site) indicated on your Application during normal business hours in that area.

  • Provision of Equipment 6.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the equipment required for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis or be provided by the equipment supplier designated by Party A. The specific way to provide such equipment (including without limitation, lease, sales and transfer) shall be decided by Party A unilaterally.
