Preparation Time Requirements a. Full time bargaining unit members of grades Pre-K-6 and 7-8 grades at an elementary site shall have at least two hundred fifty (250) minutes for planning and preparation per five (5) day week. b. Pre-K-6 bargaining unit members working between 51% and 100% of a full time assignment shall only be provided preparation/planning time on a prorata basis. Pre- K-6 bargaining unit members working 50% or less shall not be entitled to preparation time. c. This section shall not apply to job share bargaining unit members. d. Full time bargaining unit members of grades 7-12 (except at elementary sites) shall have one unassigned period per day for planning and preparation. e. The high school departments provided with a designated work period for the Department Head shall be: Business, English, Fine Arts, Foreign Language, Industrial Arts/Technology, Math, Physical Education, Science, and Social Studies and Special Education. The designated work period shall be used by the assigned Department Head to fulfill the responsibilities of the job description as in Appendix D-1. The Department Heads who do not have a designated department work period (Agriculture, ESL, and Home Economics) shall receive three days of release time to help fulfill their responsibilities outlined in the Department Head Job Description as in Appendix D-2. f. A bargaining unit member shall not be required to substitute for another bargaining unit member during his/her preparation/planning period except in an emergency. (“Emergency” shall be an unforeseeable, unanticipated circumstance requiring immediate action.) A bargaining unit member may volunteer to substitute for another with approval of the immediate supervisor.
Preparation Time Requirements. 1. In addition to the case management time referenced above, Education Specialists shall also have (250 minutes [elementary], one unassigned period [7-12]) preparation time consistent with Article V.B.4.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Screening Requirements Practitioner shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements. a. Practitioner shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion List prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons.‌ b. Practitioner shall screen all current Covered Persons against the Exclusion List within 30 days after the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter.‌ c. Practitioner shall require all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person.‌ Practitioner shall maintain documentation in order to demonstrate that Practitioner: (1) has checked the Exclusion List (i.e., a print screen of the search results) and determined that its Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons; and (2) has required its Covered Persons to disclose if they are an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.

  • Disclosure Requirements (a) The Estate Agent or Salesperson *has / does not have(1) (11) a conflict or potential conflict of interest in acting for the Tenant. If the Estate Agent or Salesperson has a conflict or potential conflict of interest, the details are as follows: (b) If the Estate Agent or Salesperson has declared that there is no conflict or potential conflict of interest but a conflict or potential conflict of interest only arises (or he becomes aware of the conflict or potential conflict of interest) after the execution of this Agreement, the conflict or potential conflict of interest must be immediately disclosed in writing to the Tenant. Upon such disclosure, the Estate Agent and Salesperson may continue to act for the Tenant only if the Tenant, being fully informed, consents in writing to the Estate Agent and Salesperson continuing to act for him.

  • Conference requirement and procedure (i) The Employer, or the Employer’s representative, shall, when requested by the Employees or their Employee Representative/ Union Delegate, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1/2 hour) for the purpose of determining whether or not conditions are inclement. (ii) Provided that if the Employer or the Employers’ representative refuses to confer within such reasonable period, Employees shall be entitled to cease work for the rest of the day and be paid inclement weather.
