Common use of Prescribed Holidays Clause in Contracts

Prescribed Holidays. A full-time employee under this Agreement is entitled to the following public holidays, without loss of pay: New Years Day Australia Day Good Friday Easter Saturday Easter Monday Anzac Day Queen’s Birthday Labour Day or Eight Hours’ Day Christmas Day Boxing Day
