Presentation of products. The contractor will produce a written manuscript in MS Word for the draft and final review. The final style and format of the products will be agreed by NICE Team and the PDG. The production will be undertaken according to the methodology set out in the Methods for development of NICE public health guidance 2012 and as summarised below. Example manuscripts will be provided by NICE Team. The draft and final reviews will address the research questions, the populations groups, areas and outcomes identified in the final Scope (sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5) and used in the original evidence reviews. The detailed parameters, style and format of the draft and final reports are to be agreed with the NICE Team before writing commences. A stand-alone executive summary is to be included in the draft and final reviews. The executive summary will include all of the evidence statements (see Chapter 5 and 6 of the Methods for development of NICE public health guidance 2012) and the linked references. At least one draft manuscript is to be submitted first, this is commented on by the NICE Team and then the final draft manuscript is prepared in line with comments received and re-submitted to NICE team in readiness for mailing to the PHAC. The NICE team will ensure that the finalised draft will then be forwarded to the PHAC. See Annex 2 for the required timetable for the production of the draft and final reviews. The reviews will remain strictly confidential until the guidance consultation phase. Presentation of products. The characteristics of the products offered for sale are briefly presented on the PROSIM website as well as on its sales brochures. PROSIM cannot be held liable if errors are introduced. The photographs and graphics presented do not enter into the contractual field. Likewise PROSIM cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. XXXXXX makes every effort to ensure the veracity of the elements presented from its partners. However, being dependent on the information transmitted by them, PROSIM cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the inaccuracy of this information. The CLIENT hereby declares it has read and understood the technical characteristics and requirements of the SOFTWARE, prior to its acquisition from PROSIM of the licenses to use the SOFTWARE.

The modelling report and the model itself will remain strictly confidential until the guidance consultation phase. In addition to the above, the contractors are required to provide to the NICE team with the following: PowerPoint slides providing a brief overview of the modelling report for presentation at the PDG meetings. Senior staff will be responsible for all interactions with the PDG over the course of the project. It is anticipated that reports to the PDG will be led by names redacted under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act with appropriate input from other members of the research team where necessary.

A stand-alone executive summary is to be included in the reports. The executive summary for the evidence reviews must include all of the evidence statements. A draft manuscript is to be submitted in time for it to be commented on by the NICE Team and for subsequent amendments to be made prior to submission to the PDG meetings. See Annex 2 for the required timetable for the production of the reports. NICE will ensure that the finalised drafts will then be forwarded to the PDG. The reports are to remain strictly confidential until the guidance consultation phase. In addition to the above the contractors are required to provide to the NICE team with MS XxxxxXxxxx slides providing a brief overview of the reports for presentation at the relevant PDG meetings (See Annex 2). There may be areas of clarification which require some further work on the original report drafts following discussion at relevant PDG meeting. Following the PDG meeting the contractors will discuss and agree with the NICE team any required further work. Any revisions are to be made by the Contractors within 10 working days of the relevant PDG meeting.

  • Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. If prior to Scaling, Included Timber is to be mixed with other timber, Purchaser shall, prior to mixing, provide for distinguishing, by means ap- proved by Forest Service, each product included in this contract. Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Annual Conference represents and warrants to the Local Church as of the date hereof and the Disaffiliation Date as follows:

  • Description of Program This Agreement is established to facilitate an exchange program at the partner institution with students, faculty and researchers from each institution (collectively, the “Exchange Program”). The student exchange program enables students from one university to take classes at the other university while working towards a degree at the university where he or she is formally enrolled (individually, the “Student Exchange”) and to encourage faculty members and researchers from each university to visit the other university and engage in certain activities (individually, the “Faculty/Researcher Exchange”).   • Representation Regarding Gratuities The Firm represents that it has not violated, is not violating, and promises that it will not violate the prohibition against gratuities set forth in Section 7-204 (Gratuities) of the “Mississippi Personal Service Contract Procurement Regulations.”

  • Presentations In the event the Prime is afforded the opportunity to make presentations, whether orally or in writing, to potential customers concerning the Procurement, the content of such presentations may, at the Prime’s discretion, be made known to the Subcontractor, subject to any prohibitions or restrictions that may be imposed by the Government upon such disclosure.
