Pricing and Price Changes i. The SPCO reserves the right to publish any pricing on the State Price Agreements web location, for use by Ordering Entities. ii. Pricing that is listed in the State Price Agreement is Ceiling Pricing. Contractor may offer lower pricing to Ordering Entities; likewise, Ordering Entities shall have the option to negotiate lower pricing with Contractor.

Pricing and Price Changes. POLYBRITE reserves the right and sole discretion, to change prices at any time and from time to time, and REPRESENTATIVE shall take no orders for POLYBRITE Products, and no orders taken by REPRESENTATIVE on behalf of POLYBRITE shall be binding upon POLYBRITE unless and until confirmed in writing by POLYBRITE.
Pricing and Price Changes. Cargofy does not set or control prices offered by Shippers or TSPs. Quotes and offers Shippers receive from TSPs are required to be all-inclusive based on the information Shippers provide; however, if the actual shipment characteristics are materially different than specified by the Shipper and result in changes such as but not limited to equipment required, space required, accessorial services required, all duties, customs assessments, governmental penalties and fines, taxes, and legal costs allocable to shipments, then TSPs may invoice a different amount than the original quote, and the Booking Party shall be responsible for all additional costs incurred. Transit time will not affect the final invoice price unless specifically stated in the TSP’s rules tariff. Transit times are not guaranteed by Cargofy. If the dimensions and/or weight of the shipment vary from the original quote, the TSP may charge additional amounts above the quoted price and the Booking Party shall be responsible for all additional costs incurred. TSPs may require the use of additional equipment and/or services to complete delivery of a shipment, in such cases, the TSP may invoice the Shipper to reflect the additional transportation costs and the Booking Party shall be responsible for payment of all additional charges. Shippers must be notified by TSP of any price changes or new fees. Shippers must then change the shipping price or make extra payment that is requested within 48 hours.

  • Schedule Changes (a) If, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer: (i) changes Employees’ scheduled days off without giving 14 days’ notice of the change, they shall be paid 2X their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked on what would otherwise have been their off-duty days. (ii) changes Employees’ scheduled Shift, but not their scheduled days off, without giving 14 days’ notice of the change, they shall be paid 2X their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked during the first Shift of the changed schedule. (b) Employees shall be notified of such changes in their schedule and such changes shall be recorded on the Shift schedule. (c) An Employee or the Employer may, during the course of a posted schedule, ask to amend scheduled Shifts. Such Employee requests shall be granted where operationally possible without additional cost. Where mutually agreed, the requirements for 14 days’ notice of change and the resultant penalty pay as described in Article 7.04(a) shall not apply. Employees or the Employer should make such requests as far in advance as possible in order to maximize the ability to accommodate the request. Any Shift changes made by mutual agreement shall not violate the scheduling provisions of this Article.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • Adjustments in Share Numbers and Prices In the event of any stock split, subdivision, dividend or distribution payable in shares of Common Stock (or other securities or rights convertible into, or entitling the holder thereof to receive directly or indirectly shares of Common Stock), combination or other similar recapitalization or event occurring after the date hereof, each reference in any Transaction Document to a number of shares or a price per share shall be amended to appropriately account for such event.

  • FIRM DISCOUNT AND PRICING STRUCTURE Contractor guarantees that prices quoted are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, State or Federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. Contractor agrees that no price increases shall be passed along to the County during the term of this Contract not otherwise specified and provided for within this Contract.
