Loan equipment. 17.1. We may install on your premises, loan or otherwise provide you with equipment (“Loan Equipment”). All Loan Equipment:
17.1.1. remains our property;
17.1.2. must only be used by you for the purposes of receiving services from us; and
17.1.3. must be kept secured from loss or damage.
17.2. If Loan Equipment in your possession or control is lost, stolen or damaged:
17.2.1. you must notify us without unreasonably delay; and
17.2.2. you must pay us the replacement cost of the Loan Equipment calculated as the recommended retail price at the date the Loan Equipment was lost, stolen ordamaged minus anyamount we recoverunderan insurance policy.
Loan equipment. 26.1 In circumstances where Goods or any specific components or parts thereof are removed from the Site in order to provide Warranty Services in accordance with Clause 25 above, or for any other reason as may be agreed by the parties, the Seller shall, upon the request of the University, be required to provide Goods of an identical or nearest equivalent specification on a free loan basis for the entire period of time for which the original Goods and/or specific components or parts thereof are held on the Seller’s site.
26.2 Any Goods supplied on loan in accordance with this Clause will remain the property of the Seller but will be held on site at the University’s risk. The risk shall return to the Seller immediately the Goods are removed from use by the University and replaced by the original Goods. The University undertakes to adequately insure the Goods against loss or damage whilst they are in use on the University’s Site, but will not accept any liability for failure or breakdown of the Goods due to wear and tear or faulty manufacture. The Seller must repair or replace Goods which are loaned to the University and subsequently develop a fault within the timescales specified in Clause 25.5.
Loan equipment. The equipment, referred to in this Hire, consists of a laptop computer and power pack; crush proof carry case and the department’s standard suite of software (this includes Microsoft Office). For the purpose of this document, all of these items are referred to collectively as the ‘laptop’. Each laptop will be: protected by anti-virus tools and automated updates able to be used at home and at school for student learning installed with the department’s standard suite of productivity software protected by Computrace theft protection and Blue Coat internet filtering. At the end of the loan period all laptops are to be returned to the IT Department of the school and will be cleared of any data and reimaged ready for the next school year. If the student leaves the school during the loan period, the laptop must be returned to the school. If the laptop is not returned, the full replacement cost will be invoiced. It is also a requirement of using the laptop that students provide authorised school staff with access to the laptop and personal holdings associated with the use of the laptop if requested. To participate in the NVSHS Hire parents/guardians are required to make a contribution. This will cover additional costs incurred by the school in providing and supporting the laptop. The items below are included in the NVSHS Hire: Laptop Vendor-operated student help desk Computrace theft protection Blue Coat internet filtering Windows 10 operating system Microsoft Office software suite Antivirus Software Our school P&C has endorsed a co-contribution of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be charged per device, per annum, for students to borrow from the Laptop Equity Pool. The student is responsible for taking care of and securing the laptop and accessories in accordance with school policy and guidelines. Students must understand the importance of backing up data securely. Should the laptop develop a fault, class and assignment work that has taken a considerable time to prepare may be lost. The student is responsible for the backup of all data. While at school, students are able to save data to the school’s network which is safeguarded by a scheduled backup solution. They are also able to save data locally to the laptop for use away from the school network. 20.1.1 remains our property;

20.2 If Loan Equipment in your possession or control is lost, stolen or damaged:
20.2.1 you must notify us without unreasonable delay; and
20.2.2 you must pay us the replacement cost of the Loan Equipment calculated as the recommended retail price at the date the Loan Equipment was lost, stolen or damaged minus any amount we recover under an insurance policy.
20.3 All Loan Equipment must be returned to us in good working order on contract termination as per clause 33.

12.2.2. you must pay us the replacement cost of the Loan Equipment calculated as the recommended retail price at the date the Loan Equipment was lost, stolen, damaged or not returned upon our request.
Loan equipment. 26.1 Should the maintained Equipment include a fix element in the agreed SLA of that Equipment, Excalibur IT will, at the request of the customer, provide loan equipment subject to the following conditions:
26.1.1 If Excalibur IT are unable to repair the Equipment within the agreed SLA time frame of that Equipment;
26.1.2 The Customer accepts loan Equipment of an equal or better specification to that of the faulty Equipment;
26.1.3 Loan equipment is not guaranteed to be ‘Like-for-Like’, although this will be provided if currently available in Excalibur IT’s loan stock and not already assigned to another customer;
26.1.4 If Excalibur IT provides an equal or better specification loan Equipment, Excalibur IT will provide consumables for the Customer to use in the loan Equipment for a minimum of five days.
26.1.5 Loan equipment is made available for collection from the Customer within ten days should the Customers Equipment be subject to clause 32.1.1 or 33, otherwise Excalibur IT reserve the right to charge the client a daily rental fee at its prevailing rates.
26.1.6 Where the loan Equipment is not ‘Like-for-Like’ it is the Customers responsibility to install drivers on networked Equipment to facilitate the use of the Equipment, the same is true when the Customers Equipment is returned to a working condition.
26.2 Excalibur IT will at its discretion decline the provision of loan Equipment, when it can be confirmed that a repair is possible, prior to, or within a short time period of the provision of the loan Equipment.
Loan equipment. 5.1 Where, in accordance with Clause 4.3, the Supplier removes the Supported Equipment or part of the Supported Equipment for repair off-site, the Supplier may supply the Customer with Loan Equipment, as soon as is practicable for the Supplier and subject to availability of such equipment, to assist the Customer with continuing its business operations.
5.2 The Supplier shall have the right to charge the Customer for the Loan Equipment. The amounts owed pursuant to this Paragraph 5.2 shall be invoiced in accordance with Clause 12.10 and shall be payable by the Customer in accordance with Clause 12.
Loan equipment. Any loan equipment provided to the Customer is subject to IMV’s Equipment Provision Services Terms & Conditions, a copy of which is available on request. The loan equipment provided will be sufficient to allow you to capture im- ages as you would with the original equip- ment, but may not be identical to the equipment covered by this Agreement. Loan equipment is provided on a “best endeavour “agreement where we strive to provide when possible but is not xxxxxx- xxxx. Equipment outside its first anniversary that is not covered under a Planned Main- tenance Agreement, will be charged for loan and courier costs. Charges will apply for the late return of loan equipment.
