Applicants have been advised by their nominal school principal they are required to apply for transfer following their annual Career Development Discussion (CDD) to take effect 27 January of the following academic school year o The classroom teacher will be considered a priority placement and must engage in the annual classroom teacher transfer round process o Requires the applicant to nominate a minimum of five (5) individual schools to be listed on the Preference Sheet (regardless of number of positions applied for within each school) Compassionate Transfers: o Aligned to EA provisions relating to compassionate transfer Special consideration of an individual’s circumstances and needs will be considered by the classroom teacher transfer round panel/panels only o Applicants are required to submit a confidential supporting statement including an evidence-based document (e.g. doctors’ certificate) directly to the Director HR People & Performance Branch. o The applicant is required to nominate a minimum of five individual schools on the Preference Sheet (regardless of number of positions applied for within each school) Early Access applicants: o classroom teachers are eligible to apply for transfer at any stage during their current placement. o The classroom teacher has not completed their five-year placement and are engaging in transfer opportunities o Applicants should advise their principal of their intentions to apply asap o The applicant is required to nominate a minimum of three individual schools on the Preference Sheet (regardless of number of positions applied for within each school) Withdrawing from the process o A decision that a teacher will transfer can be withdrawn by mutual agreement between the classroom teacher and their nominal principal at any time. Identification and advertisement of vacancies o Principals will identify classroom teacher vacancies required for the next academic school year o Principals will prepare position description and forward to HR People & Performance Branch for advertising on E~mployment Indicative timeline of classroom teacher transfer round process The Directorate and the AEU will negotiate changes to this timeline as necessary.   • Seniority Application Except under extraordinary circumstances, vacations, shifts, shift transfers and regular days off shall be scheduled with due regard for the needs of the agency, seniority, and employee preference. The state and the PBA understand that there may be times when the needs of the agency will not permit such scheduling.

  • Priority Hiring If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 and this Agreement is for services (other than Consulting Services), this section is applicable. Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • PRIORITY OF USE Any schedule or milestone in this Agreement is estimated based upon the Parties' current understanding of the projected availability of NASA goods, services, facilities, or equipment. In the event that NASA's projected availability changes, Partner shall be given reasonable notice of that change, so that the schedule and milestones may be adjusted accordingly. The Parties agree that NASA's use of the goods, services, facilities, or equipment shall have priority over the use planned in this Agreement. Should a conflict arise, NASA in its sole discretion shall determine whether to exercise that priority. Likewise, should a conflict arise as between two or more non-NASA Partners, NASA, in its sole discretion, shall determine the priority as between those Partners. This Agreement does not obligate NASA to seek alternative government property or services under the jurisdiction of NASA at other locations.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.

  • Priority Lien Status The County’s right to receive FILOT payments hereunder shall have a first priority lien status pursuant to Sections 12-44-90(E) and (F) of the FILOT Act and Chapters 4, 49, 51, 53, and 54 of Title 12 of the Code.

  • – SENIORITY AND JOB SECURITY 9.01 (a) Seniority and service for full-time employees shall be defined as the length of continuous service with the Home since the date of last hire, subject to Article 9.03-9.05, 9.17, 9.18 and 11.10 and any other related provision of the Collective Agreement.
