Privacy and Consent. The Contractor will ensure role-based access within the Contractor’s System shall conform to the State’s policies regarding sensitive information. The Contractor’s System must be able to identify and delineate between internal and external Users (Users outside the Agency) and must give them different levels of visibility to System data. When displaying data, identification information tying the records back to specific Participants must be omitted where appropriate. In addition, the Contractor’s System’s configurable security elements (roles, permissions) include the ability to store User specific configurable data fields, such as an email address, to facilitate automated notifications and indicators such as internal/external User or department that can be leveraged by business rule logic to support workflow. The Contractor’s System shall reset passwords without requiring a customer service representative. Data elements only necessary to manage the account are displayed and are de-identified to an appropriate level to ensure privacy.
Privacy and Consent. As part of the programme, FIRST UK encourages Participants to document and share their experiences (in the form of film, audio and via photography) and FIRST UK will be taking photos and images during events. These images may be shared by the Participant or Participating Establishment online via social media and/or with/by FIRST UK. Where such sharing occurs, implicit consent is deemed provided for FIRST UK to use imagery, film and content for the purposes of publicity and promotion. Where FIRST UK itself captures images or video of Participants at events or other contexts prior consent will be obtained via an opt-out process in line with our Consent Policy. Imagery and film stored by FIRST UK will be retained in perpetuity. No names of young people will be used or attributed without explicit prior written consent. It is the Participating Establishment responsibility to ensure that the Participants' parents or carers complete a Consent Form for the programme. Privacy and Consent. Each party will comply with California and federal privacy laws (including, without limit, the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”)) applicable to it as to confidential student information the District provides to New Tech National. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the District will be solely responsible for: (i) obtaining any consents required under FERPA for a student’s use of the NTN Technology or the New Tech Learning Platform; and (ii) to the extent required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or other law, disclosing (via acceptable use policies or otherwise) and obtaining any required consents for the collection of data or information from users of the NTN Technology or the New Tech Learning Platform, including the use of such data or information by the District or New Tech National. The District will make evidence of compliance with the foregoing, including any required consents, available to New Tech National upon request.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Privacy Policy and you authorize Support2Health to make available to Clients, your personal information for the purposes of securing you a placement. You also agree to keep strictly confidential the information of Support2Health, its Clients and their patients in accordance with the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Commonwealth). This obligation continues notwithstanding that this agreement ends and you acknowledge that a breach of this undertaking by you may cause Support2Health substantial loss.
