Processed Personal Data. For the electronically generated guest card, the following personal data, which are determined from the registration data (see point 1 above), are processed: First name, surname, date of birth, country of origin/postcode and time of stay (arrival/departure). If the guest card is issued in the form of the "Meldezettel" (registration form), this contains the contents according to § 5 in connection with § 9 of the Registration Act. In this case, no elec- tronic processing for the purposes of the guest card takes place. No processing of the guest card data is carried out by the Tourism Association or by the line operator.

Processed Personal Data. In relation to a Relevant Controller, any personal data if and for as long as all of the following apply to that personal data A Relevant Controller is a controller according to the Data Protection Legislation. The Relevant Processor and/or its Sub-processor(s) is a processor in connection with this Agreement according to the Data Protection Legislation. Relevant Controller The Client and/or its Affiliates (where relevant) Relevant Processor Rebrix and/or its Affiliates (where relevant) Service Rebrix’s marketing automation and CRM platform for the property sector. Service Agreement The terms and conditions entered into between the parties in respect of the provision of the Service by Rebrix to the Client. Sub-processor Any third party (including any subcontractor of the Relevant Processor) appointed by the Relevant Processor to process any Processed Personal Data in connection with this Agreement. User A prospective customer of the Client that uses the Service provided by Rebrix. Interpretation The definitions in the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to this Agreement unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement.

The following personal data shall be processed by the Data Controllers:  all the data appearing in this Contract (surname, first name, address...);  any contact details needed for the performance of the Contract (email address, telephone number, etc.);  any other personal data needed for the performance of the Contract (invoicing data, bank details, etc.);  any personal data transmitted through the CRM IT Interface. The Parties shall ensure that the personal data they provide are accurate and complete.

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.
