PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT. 92.1 The Delivery Authority will develop and implement a Procurement Policy and a Supply Chain Management Strategy that reflects those matters set out in section 2(5) of the Act to which the Sponsor Body (and accordingly the Delivery Authority) must have regard and that reflects latest good practice for programmes of a similar scale and complexity and will be compliant with applicable legislation and any relevant policies or guidance issued by Government.

PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT. The supplier must provide a person who has an in-depth knowledge and skill in procurement management and supply chain. The person must have extensive industry experience in the procurement of specialised, engineering goods and services in a high technical, fast paced and pressured environment. The Incumbent must be in possession of a supply chain management degree, operations management degree or and engineering degree. He or she must have had minimum of 20 years of industry experience in supply chain and procurement management field with extensive knowledge of the industry best practices and the use of technology to fast track and delivery efficient and cost effective procurement of goods and services

  • Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed.   • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

  • Pain Management Inpatient rehabilitation for Pain Management is excluded.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
