Product Maintenance Services and Renewal Options. At least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the warranty period, Supplier shall notify the Authorized User, and the Authorized User, at its sole discretion, may order from Supplier Maintenance Services, including System Software Maintenance Services for a period of one (1) year and for the annual fee identified in Exhibit B. Supplier warrants that it shall make Maintenance Services available for all the Products, including System Software, listed in Exhibit B, or which are components of Products listed in Exhibit B, for a period of at least five (5) years from the expiration of the initial warranty period of any Product provided to an Authorized User pursuant to this Contract. Termination of this Contract or cancellation of Maintenance Services, including System Software Maintenance Services if provided as a separate offering from Supplier, by an Authorized User shall not affect this Contract or the grant of any license pursuant thereto. THE OBLIGATIONS OF SUPPLIER UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDY SECTION ARE MATERIAL. SUPPLIER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CONCERNING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Routine Maintenance Services PM1.03.2-1 Respond immediately to restrict all access to Highway Crossing Infrastructure, as directed by the Province.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours, stubbed to the Premises; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (c) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.
