Common use of Productivity Allowance Clause in Contracts

Productivity Allowance. A Productivity Allowance per hour worked as per Schedule B will be paid to employees covered under this Agreement for the duration of the Agreement. This allowance will not be subject to any additional penalty rate or loading and will be in lieu of all special rates and disability allowances which may otherwise be payable under this Agreement.

Productivity Allowance. ‌ A Productivity Allowance per hour worked as per the attached Schedule B will be paid to employees covered under this Agreement for the duration of the Agreement. The Productivity Allowance shall be payment in compensation for all non-expense related allowances, including, but not limited to, allowances related to attendance payments, ordering materials, meals, height, first aid, confined spaces, dirt money and silicate of cotton, slag or loading and will be in lieu of all special rates and disability allowances which may otherwise be payable under this Agreementinsulwood.

This allowance will not be subject to any additional penalty rate or loading and will be addition. ii) The Productivity Allowance is in lieu of compensation for all special rates and disability allowances which may non-expense related allowances, excluding those otherwise be payable under specifically provided for in this Agreement, including but not limited to the allowances defined in the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025).
