Program of Evaluation (Teachers and Support Personnel). A. Certificated classroom teachers and certificated support personnel holding non-administrative positions (collectively referred to as “employees” herein) shall be evaluated during each school year in accordance with the standards set forth in the summative evaluation form and with the procedures and criteria set forth herein. (RCW 28A.405.100) B. Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school, the principal shall be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. An employee assigned to more than one (1) school shall be evaluated by the building principal of the building where the most time is spent. In the event that time is evenly spent, the employee may choose the evaluator. The evaluation shall be a composite evaluation with input provided by the principals for whom the employee works. The administrative organization plan of the District shall be used to determine lines of responsibility for evaluation for any employee who is not regularly assigned to any school. Any principal or other supervisor may designate other administrative staff members to assist in the observation and evaluation process. During the Professional Growth Option certificated staff and administrators, through mutual consent, may designate an alternative administrative evaluator to better facilitate the growth program.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
