Dental Assistants who had been on the previous merit step 6 for 12 months or more at 9 March 2023 shall translate to the new step 5 at that date. Other affected employees shall progress to the new step 5 twelve months after they moved to the previous merit step 6. Progression Progression from Step 1 to step 5 shall be by automatic annual increment.
