Prohibited Data. Licensee acknowledges that the Services are not designed with security and access management for Processing the following categories of information: (a) data that is classified and or used on the U.S. Munitions list, including software and technical data; (b) articles, services and related technical data designated as defense articles or defense services; (c) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) related data; or (d) protected health information (each of the foregoing, “Prohibited Data”). Licensee shall not, and shall not permit any Authorized User or other Person to, provide any Prohibited Data to, or Process any Prohibited Data through, the Services, the NCIT Systems or any NCIT Personnel. Licensee is solely responsible for reviewing all Licensee Data and shall ensure that no Licensee Data constitutes or contains any Prohibited Data.
Prohibited Data. Customer will not (and will not allow anyone else to) submit Prohibited Data to the Product unless authorized by the Cover Page.
Prohibited Data. Customer agrees not to store unmasked credit card and social security data in the SkySQL Services. Customer agrees that Customer’s use of the SkySQL Services complies with applicable requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
Prohibited Data. Customer shall not disclose (and shall not permit any data subject to disclose) any sensitive data (special categories) of Data or Data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on Granicus in addition to or different from those specified in this DPA or the Master Subscription Agreement to Granicus for processing except where and to the extent expressly disclosed in Appendix I.
Prohibited Data. Customer will not provide (or cause to be provided) any Sensitive Data to Chargifi for processing under the Agreement, and Xxxxxxxx will have no liability whatsoever for Sensitive Data, whether in connection with a Security Incident or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, this DPA will not apply to Sensitive Data.

Customer shall not disclose (and shall not permit any data subject to disclose) any sensitive data (special categories) of Data or Data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on NICE in addition to or different from those specified in this DPA or the Services Agreement to NICE for processing except where and to the extent expressly disclosed in Appendix I.
Prohibited Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Agreement may prohibit the submission of certain types of Personal Data (such as an individual’s financial or health information) to the Services. Customer must not submit to the

You may not provide any of the following (in any format) to GoBright or upload any of the following (in any format) in accessing or using the Service: - any special personal information, for example: health information or biometric information; - any social security numbers or government identification numbers; - any bank or other financial data, credit or debit data, including but not limited to: credit report information, debit or credit or payment card information;
Prohibited Data. An MLS® VOW may not make available for search by or display to Registrants the following data:
(a) MLS® Data other than MLS® VOW Data supplied by the Board;
(b) the seller’s and occupant’s names and contact information, including phone number and e-mail address;
(c) REALTOR® Remarks;
(d) any other instructions or remarks intended for Cooperating Brokerages only, such as those regarding showing or security of the listing property, instructions for access or when the property will be empty or occupied, the seller’s mortgage information and/or personal information about the seller and occupants of the property; and
(e) such other listings, data or information as determined by the Board from time to time.
Prohibited Data. Customer shall not configure the Medallia Products to collect any bank account numbers or bank transaction information, payment card or credit card information, social security numbers, state identification numbers, passports numbers, and Special Category Personal Data (collectively, "Prohibited Data"). Where Prohibited Data is nevertheless submitted within Customer Data, Customer acknowledges that in such cases Medallia will not be responsible for any subsequent liability arising from the processing of the foregoing categories of data.
