Proiect Narrative. The CONTRACTOR will provide nine months-of employment counseling (job coaching) services and career advancement planning for 5 to 15 new participants each month, from July 1, 2001 through October 2001. Participants referred after October 1,2001 will be provided with contract services through June 30,2002 or until project termination. It is expected that 73 participants will be enrolled during the second program year. First year (2000-01) project participants, who have not been served for 9 months as of July 1, 2001, are to be carried into the second program year (2001-02) and served until 9 months of career advancement services have been provided. In the event that this project is terminated on June 30,2002, Careerworks will assume responsibility for continuing to serve remaining project participants. Counseling and career advancement services will be delivered to participants residing throughout the county. Job Coaches hired by the CONTRACTOR will be available to travel and meet with participants at times and locations convenient and accessible for A both the working participants and their employer. The Job Coach will make an effort to meet face to face with each new participant within the first service week to begin providing employment counseling services immediately. It is expected that the Job Coach employed by the CONTRACTOR will contact the participant at least weekly during the first service month, every other week during the second and third service months, and monthly thereafter, until the participant exits the project. After the first 90 days of service, the Job Coach and the participant will work together to develop a Career Advancement Plan specifying career advancement activities for the following six months. Career Advancement Plans for individual participants who are still on cash aid, with an active Welfare to Work Plan, must be reviewed and approved by the assigned Careerworks Case Manager. For the remaining service months (after a plan has been established) participants will participate in activities as defined by their plan while continuing to work with a Job Coach. Plan modifications and updates will be reported to Careerworks with each participant’s Monthly Progress Report. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Parallel Operation Company agrees to allow Seller to interconnect and operate the Facility to provide renewable dispatchable generation and energy in parallel with the Company System; provided, however, that such interconnection and operation shall not: (i) adversely affect Company's property or the operations of its customers and customers' property; (ii) present safety hazards to the Company System, Company's property or employees or Company's customers or the customers' property or employees; or (iii) otherwise fail to comply with this Agreement.
