Project Inspection Card Process. 8.10.1 The Construction Manager shall establish a procedure to verify that the Architect, Architect’s consultants, Project Inspector, Laboratory of Record and Contractor are performing services in compliance with the “Construction Oversight Process Procedure” required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 24 and as further described in DSA’s PR 13-01, PR 13-02 and any other related documents and subsequent updates to such documents. As part of the procedure established under this Section, Construction Manager must be able to verify that all verified reports are being submitted to the DSA by the responsible parties in a timely manner. As part of the monthly reporting process, Construction Manager shall notify the District when the Architect, Architect’s consultants, Project Inspector, Laboratory of Record or Contractor have failed to comply with the Construction Oversight Process Procedure and must inform the District of the impact such failure will have upon the Project and the Project Schedule.

  • Authorized User Overview and Mini-Bid Process Project Based IT Consulting Services Contracts enable Authorized Users to use a competitive Mini-bid Process to acquire Services on an as-needed basis, for qualified IT Projects. Project Based IT Consulting Services may include, but will not be limited to projects requiring: analysis, data classification, design, development, testing, quality assurance, security and associated training for Information Technology based applications. See section 1.3 Out of Scope Work for a listing of projects expressly excluded from the scope of this Contract. An Authorized User Agreement for Project Based IT Consulting Services will be governed first by the terms and conditions specified in the OGS Centralized Contract and second by terms and conditions added to the Authorized User Statement of Work. Additional terms and conditions shall not conflict with or modify the terms and conditions of the OGS Centralized Contract. NYS Executive Agencies must adhere to all internal processes and approvals including, as required, approval from NYS Office of Information Technology Services. Other Authorized Users must adhere to their own internal processes and approvals. In accordance with Appendix B, section 28, Modification of Contract Terms, an Authorized User may add additional required terms and conditions to this Mini-Bid and resultant Authorized User Agreement only if such terms and conditions (1) are more favorable to the Authorized User and (2) do not conflict with or supersede the OGS Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Examples of additional terms and conditions include: • Expedited delivery timeframe; • Additional incentives, such as discount for expedited payment/Procurement Card use; and • Any additional requirements imposed by the funding source or Federal law.

  • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget.

  • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • Project Inspector 5.1.1 One or more Project Inspector(s), including special Project Inspector(s), as required, will be assigned to the Work by District, in accordance with requirements of title 24, part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, to enforce the building code and monitor compliance with Plans and Specifications for the Project previously approved by the DSA. Duties of Project Inspector(s) are specifically defined in section 4-342 of said part 1 of title 24.

  • TIMELINESS OF BILLING SUBMISSION The parties agree that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognize that the City is on a fiscal year. All xxxxxxxx for dates of service prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later that the first Friday in August of the same year.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Records Inspection Payor shall keep, and shall require its Permitted Sellers to keep, complete, true and accurate books of accounts and records for the purpose of determining the basis and accuracy of payments to be made under this Agreement. Such records shall be kept in accordance with GAAP, showing Net Sales on country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, and Payor’s or its Permitted Sellers’ usual internal practices and procedures (which shall be commercially reasonable), consistently applied. Such books and records shall be kept for at least [*] ([*]) years following the end of the Calendar Quarter to which they pertain. Inspections conducted under this Section 6.5 shall be at the expense of Payee, unless a variation or error in favor of Payor exceeding [*] percent ([*] %) of the amount due for the period covered by the inspection is established in the course of such inspection, whereupon all reasonable, documented costs relating to the inspection for such period will be paid promptly by Payor. In the event of overpayment to Payee, any amount of such overpayment shall be fully creditable against amounts payable for the immediately succeeding Calendar Quarter.
