The Contractor shall produce Analyte Specific Reagents (ASR) or FDA approved test kits appropriate for genotyping the CFTR gene which conforms to the SCMG list of 23 mutations and should also include additional population specific mutations. The product should include coverage of the intervening sequence mutations in intron 8 known as IVS8-5T/7T/9T for R117H (an ACMG list mutation) positive individuals. It must also detect the benign mutations F508C and deltaI507. In addition, Contractor must provide volume discount pricing for all items listed in the manufacturer’s catalog that are not itemized in Attachment A.
