Project Schedule; Monthly Progress Reports. (a) [Within eight (8) weeks after the Effective Date,] Contractor shall prepare and submit to Owner for approval a complete “Level 3working level critical path based in the Initial Project Schedule in sufficient detail acceptable to Owner, including identification of particular work tasks, durations and logical ties between activities (as further defined in the Scope of Work, the “Project Schedule”). Owner’s approval of the Project Schedule, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, shall be a condition precedent to Owner’s approval of Contractor’s initial Request for Payment. Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the Project Schedule. (b) Contractor shall provide Owner with Monthly Progress Reports as further defined in Exhibit A, which shall include progress reports, as compared to the Project Schedule, including the incorporation of delay and acceleration analyses where appropriate. Such Monthly Progress Reports shall be presented electronically and shall address all material elements of the Work. Contractor shall provide Owner with appropriate work and meeting facilities at the Site and shall conduct weekly and monthly project meetings at mutually agreeable locations or by telephone between representatives of Owner, Equipment Provider and Contractor to review the status of the Work. Contractor shall promptly notify Owner in writing at any time that Contractor has reason to believe that there will be a material deviation in the Project Schedule and shall set forth in such notice the corrective action planned by Contractor. Delivery of such notice shall not relieve Contractor of its obligations under Article VI.

Project Schedule; Monthly Progress Reports. (a) Company shall perform the Work in accordance with the Project Schedule. No later than 15 Days following delivery of the “Full FEED Package” (as set forth in the Design Delivery Schedule), Company shall deliver to Owner a revised draft of Exhibit C-1.1 that includes any additions or changes to the Project Schedule as a result of design process. Owner will have 15 days following receipt of such revised Exhibit C-1.1 to either approve such draft or provide comments on the draft Exhibit C-1.1 submitted by Company, and Company will incorporate such comments and provide a revised draft within 15 days of receipt thereof. Such further revised draft of Exhibit C-1.1 will be subject to Owner’s review and comment as set forth above in this Section 3.1.2(a). Upon approval of the revised Exhibit C-1.1 pursuant to this Section 3.1.2(a), this Agreement will be amended to replace Exhibit C-1.1 with such revised Exhibit C-1.1 For the avoidance of doubt, no such revision to Exhibit C-1.1 will entitle Company to any Change Order. (b) Company shall provide Owner with Progress Reports as further defined in Exhibit A-1 and as Owner may reasonably request, which shall include progress reports, as compared to the Project Schedule, including the incorporation of delay and acceleration analyses where appropriate. The Progress Reports shall be presented electronically and shall address all material elements of the Work. Company shall conduct weekly Project meetings and additional Project meetings at either Party’s reasonable request, in each case at mutually agreeable locations or by telephone between representatives of Company and Owner, which may include Owner’s Engineer, to review the status of the Work including without limitation (i) status of delivery and installment of any materials and Equipment required to be delivered under this Agreement; (ii) any proposed or anticipated changes in the Work or Equipment; and (iii) any other matters as may be requested by either Party. Company shall promptly notify Owner in writing at any time that Company has reason to believe that there will be a material deviation in the Project Schedule and shall set forth in such notice the corrective action planned by Company. Delivery of such notice shall not relieve Company of its obligations under this Article III.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.   • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR.   • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
