Promotion to Engineer. The position shall be awarded to the most senior individual who 177 has achieved: a) a rating of “satisfactory” or above on their most recent performance 178 evaluation, and b) meets the minimum experience requirements outlined in the job 179 description for Engineer, and c) achieves a passing score of 70% or above on the 180 Wisconsin Certified Driver/Operator Pumper and Wisconsin Certified Driver/Operator 181 Aerial exam, and d) has Wisconsin EMT certification.

Promotion to Engineer. The position shall be awarded to the most senior individual who has achieved: a) a rating of “satisfactory” or above on their most recent performance evaluation, and b) meets the minimum experience requirements outlined in the job description for Engineer, and c) achieves a passing score of 70% or above on the Wisconsin Certified Driver/Operator Pumper and Wisconsin Certified Driver/Operator Aerial exam, and d) has Wisconsin EMT certification. Promotion to Lieutenant: The position shall be awarded to the most senior individual who has achieved: a) a rating of “satisfactory” or above on their most recent performance evaluation, and b) a passing score of 70% or above on the Wisconsin Certified Fire Officer I exam, and c) a rating of “satisfactory” or above in the “assumption of duties” category of their last performance review, and d) has Wisconsin EMT certification. The written examination will be waived if a candidate has worked at least 1000 hours as a Lieutenant from January 1, 1989 until the date of the posting. Out of grade work shall be documented by the officer in charge of the house at which the work was performed.
Promotion to Engineer. 17.1 The Company shall determine the need for additional qualified Locomotive Engineers but will always maintain a minimum of three (3) qualified Locomotive Engineers, not permanently working as such. 17.2 The Company will bulletin training courses at least thirty (30) days in advance when there is a need to increase the number of qualified Locomotive Engineers. Conductors will be given the opportunity to bid these courses by written application to the bulletin. Positions will be awarded based on the employee’s relative seniority standing on the Conductor’s seniority roster. 17.3 Conductors who do not bid the course at their first opportunity but bid subsequent courses, shall rank junior to other employees as an Engineer, who bid and qualified at their first opportunity. 17.4 Employees absent for the entire bulleting period will be provided the opportunity to make application to any bids which they may have missed. If as a result they were not able to attend the course in their proper turn, they will be qualified on the next available course, without their seniority being affected. 17.5 If there are insufficient bids to qualify as Engineer, Conductors will be assigned in reverse seniority standing, provided the employee has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, as an operating employee on the property. 17.6 All employees having attained five (5) years of service may have been given the opportunity become qualified as locomotive engineers.

  • Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.

In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.
