Property Control. Effective control and accountability must be maintained for all property. The subrecipient must adequately safeguard all such property and must assure that it is used solely for authorized purposes as described in the guidance and application. The subrecipient shall exercise caution in the use, maintenance, protection and preservation of such property. Terms used in this sub-part have the following meaning (see also Reclamation Supplement to Federal Property Management Regulations, Part 60 Property Accountability, Sub-part 114S-60.4 Classification of Property).

Property Control. The property control system must include but not be limited to the following: (i) Identification of each item of cooperating country property acquired or furnished under the award by a serially controlled identification number and by description of item. Each item must be clearly marked "Property of (insert name of cooperating country)." (ii) The price of each item of property acquired or furnished under this award. (iii) The location of each item of property acquired or furnished under this award. (iv) A record of any usable components which are permanently removed from items of cooperating country property as a result of modification or otherwise. (v) A record of disposition of each item acquired or furnished under the award. (vi) Date of order and receipt of any item acquired or furnished under the award. (vii) The official property control records must be kept in such condition that at any stage of completion of the work under this award, the status of property acquired or furnished under this award may be readily ascertained. A report of current status of all items of property acquired or furnished under the award must be submitted yearly concurrently with the annual report.
Property Control. The supplier shall ensure that all GP is protected against: • Unauthorized access or usage; • Theft or misappropriation; • The elements, including excess of dust and dirt; and, • Possible breach of security.
Property Control. If the development team represents that it has legal control of the property (or a substantial portion of the property) where the project would be located, the following must be provided: ▪ Property deeds; ▪ Copies of executed and enforceable real property sales contracts; ▪ Copies of executed and enforceable real property option agreements; ▪ Evidence that property has been purchased or is under contract to be purchased at price not substantially greater than market value; and ▪ If Development Team is a partnership, evidence that the Key Negotiator has the legal authority to commit the subject property to the proposed development project.
Property Control. The site of a new proposed land-based development project, with the exception of those projects requesting Small-Scale Spoil Island Restoration and Enhancement funding, shall be dedicated for the public use for which the project was intended for a minimum period of 25 years after project completion. Such dedication shall be in the form of a deed, lease, management agreement or other legally binding document and shall be recorded in the public property records of the county in which the property is located. This property control requirement also applies to a project site owned by another governmental entity. The governmental entity that owns the project site may be joined as a co-applicant to meet this property control requirement. Existing land based development projects that are being repaired, replaced or modified must demonstrate that the project site has been dedicated for public use for at least 25 years with at least 10 years remaining on the dedication document. Property shall also be deemed dedicated for public use if: (a) The property has been designated for the use for which the project is intended (even though there may have been no formal dedication) in a plat or map recorded prior to 1940, or (b) The project sponsor demonstrates that it has had exclusive control over the property for the public use for which the project is intended for a period of at least 30 years prior to submission of the application, or (c) There is no ongoing litigation challenging the designated use of the property as shown on the plat or map, nor has there been any judicial determination contrary to the use by the public for the use shown on the plat or map.
Property Control. Developer will have the rights to sub-lease or encumber the Property subject to City approval and in accordance with the Campus Master Plan.

Subgrantees shou exercise caution in the use, maintenance, protection and preservation of such property.
Property Control. The Project Sponsor must have written property rights on the Project site to construct and maintain the Project for a minimum of five years. Such property rights can be in the form of a lease, interlocal agreement, use agreement or other legal form approved by the District. The applicant shall include a map clearly delineating the location of all proposed work included in the application.
Property Control. All Alcoa Contractor Gates are monitored by camera and telephone for communications. Entry and Exit from these gates by vehicles is logged by the electronic badge system. Alcoa reserves the right to prohibit equipment and materials on company property that does not meet Alcoa standards. No contract employee should use his/her gate pass to allow another person to enter plant. Entrance to all contracted work by Contractor’s and subcontractor’s employees, visitors and deliveries shall be through contractor gate 2 and the west gate. The entrance gate for Contracted Services varies based on the type of service (determined by Alcoa Security). Contractor's, Subcontractor’s & Contracted Service’s employees are discouraged from bringing packages other than essentials, such as lunches, toolboxes and work clothes into the plant. All such items, as well as personal vehicles, are subject to inspection by Alcoa's security personnel both upon entering and leaving the plant site. Failure to submit to inspection will be sufficient grounds for restricting the individual from further entry.
