Proposed Staffing Plan. Within seven (7) days of receipt of the advice of award, the Engineer shall submit a proposed Staffing Plan for the Project. Such Staffing Plan shall include the items listed above. With respect to each proposed individual, the Engineer shall provide: (1) the individual’s resume, as well as any other information detailing his/her technical qualifications and expertise, (2) the title in Exhibit B for which the individual meets the minimum requirements, and (3) direct salary information, including the individual’s current actual annual direct salary, as defined in Article 7, and direct salary history for the past three years.
Proposed Staffing Plan. 1.1 Provide a detailed plan of how the Respondent intends to meet the staffing needs of BrightRidge. The plan should include how the Respondent plans to ramp up or down depending on the service needs of BrightRidge, the timeframes on hiring, training, and placing personnel at BrightRidge. The plan should also include how the respondent will recruit employees from the local community and how Respondent plans to retain these employees. 1.2 Provide the ratio of supervisor/lead technician to field service employees.
