Technical Qualifications. Provide the following information relevant to qualifications of the Proposer, its Equity Members, the lead or managing entity member of the Proposer team and all Major Non-Equity Members (as defined above).
Technical Qualifications. All successful applicants for positions at Crystal River Unit No. 3 included in Exhibit ‘A” Production Department (Nuclear Operations) must be deemed qualified within the requirements established in Article III, of the Memorandum of Agreement. In addition, an employee will be deemed qualified only when the following have been satisfactorily completed within the time frame established in Article III, Section 4 of the Memorandum of Agreement.
(A) Screening and other applicable testing required by state and federal laws and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and
(B) Meet the requirements of ANSI N-18, I-1971 and subsequent revisions, and
(C) Written and/or practical examinations needed to demonstrate proficiency of skills, as required by state, federal law and Nuclear Regulatory Commission laws and regulations and,
(D) The Company and the Union support the need to operate a Nuclear facility within industry guidelines. The Company will meet and discuss with the Union any new guidelines prior to the implementation.
Technical Qualifications. Provide a response to all of the items listed in Section 2.0 of this ITB. If the Bidder is unable to provide a particular service, the Bidder is required to suggest an appropriate alternative in his/her response to that item. The Bidder must respond to ALL Requirements in the order listed in Section 2.0 of this ITB, using the same numbering system. The inability or denial expressed in a proposal, or omission in the proposal, to offer solutions or an explanation to the requirements of this section may result in deductions of the allocation of points by Selection Committee members under the weighted evaluation criteria.
Technical Qualifications. The Direc- tor may grant enrollment to practice only to persons possessing technical knowledge of the laws and regulations administered by the Bureau.
(1) Minimum criteria required of an enrolled practioner will consist of: 5 years employment with the Treasury Department in a responsible position which would familiarize the person with applicable laws and regulations; or 5 years employment in a regulated industry in a responsible position which would familiarize the person with applicable laws and regulations; or possession of a law degree; or other significant experience such as the prior respresentation of persons before the Internal Revenue Service or the Bu- xxxx of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
(2) An enrolled paractioner may dem- onstrate technical knowledge in one or more of the several areas of laws and regulations administered by the Bu- xxxx (alcohol, tobacco firearms, or ex- plosives matters).
Technical Qualifications. Demonstrated experience in development of Sustainability/ Energy Plans, experience with the Community College District Sustainability Guidebook and knowledge of sustainability practices, programs, activities, projects, including monitoring and verification practices.

The Proposer must identify all Major Non-Equity Members as defined above.
1) Project Technical Experience
(a) Relevant Experience (Forms D-1, D-2 and D-3) The QS shall contain completed Forms D-1, D-2 and D-3. Project descriptions for each of the projects listed in Forms D-1, D-2 and D-3 shall be included in Part B Volume 2, Section B, 1)(b).

The CONSULTANT has demonstrated experience in and will provide same in the development of Sustainability/ Energy Plans using their, experience with the Community College District Sustainability Template and knowledge of sustainability practices, programs, activities, projects, including monitoring and verification practices to provide services.
Technical Qualifications. Westinghouse currently is, and after the Transaction will continue to be, technically qualified to engage in licensed activities. As discussed below, there are currently no changes anticipated to personnel, facilities, equipment, or procedures for any licensed activities because of the Transaction. Westinghouse will inform the NRC if changes become anticipated as part of the Transaction.
