Protection of Children. To the extent Supply Partner’s App audience includes children as defined under applicable laws, Supply Partner represents and warrants that: (i) Supply Partner will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to providing behavioral advertising to children, including without limitation the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and its rules, as amended from time to time (collectively, "COPPA"), General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (ii) Supply Partner shall not knowingly collect or allow Fyber to collect on its behalf any personal information of children for the purpose of ad targeting.

Protection of Children. 63.1 The Council is under a duty to undertake checks on all persons in positions which are regular or sustained positions, giving a substantial level of access to children which may also be unsupervised access. The positions which need to be checked and how the checks should be carried out are set out in the Joint department of Health and the Department of Education Circular DFE 9/93.

If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if, when contacted, a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, Cafe Utopia, Inc. will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 18.

The Installation Commander shall issue a written policy setting forth the procedures and criteria for: (a) The removal of child victim(s) of abuse or other children in the household when they are in danger of continued abuse or life-threatening child abuse. Protection of Children. The xxxxxx carer has a responsibility to protect and safeguard, any child placed in their care from abuse or neglect. In the event of any allegation of abuse or neglect, the xxxxxx carer is required to comply with, the Embrace Fostering, Area, xxxxxx child’s area Child Protection procedures, as outlined in the Xxxxxx Carer Handbook. Embrace Fostering has a whistle blowing policy for carers to report concerns about the practice of xxxxxx carers, or social workers. This means that Embrace fostering expects carers to notify us, of any concerns they may have, in relation to practice, which may affect the care of a child. This may relate to the behaviour of a child’s supervising/social worker, or another carer. It is the xxxxxx carer s responsibility to ensure their home, garden, and vehicle(s) are safe and well maintained, taking into consideration the age, ability, and needs of the child/ren placed with them. Guidelines are provided in the Safety in the home section of the Xxxxxx Carer Handbook. It is the xxxxxx carer s responsibility to ensure that young people, can only access age-appropriate material, on the Internet, or indeed any other media materials, mobile phone usage, gadgets with cameras. This means using age filters on the computer, phone, gadgets, and preventing the use of chat rooms. Social media and internet safety training and risk assessment will be implemented. Xxxxxx carers will permit at any time, any person authorised by the department of state, or the area placing authority, to visit the home and see the xxxxxx children.
