Protection of Children. To the extent Supply Partner’s App audience includes children as defined under applicable laws, Supply Partner represents and warrants that: (i) Supply Partner will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to providing behavioral advertising to children, including without limitation the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and its rules, as amended from time to time (collectively, "COPPA"), General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (ii) Supply Partner shall not knowingly collect or allow Fyber to collect on its behalf any personal information of children for the purpose of ad targeting.
Protection of Children. 1. The Contracting States shall apply all measure in accordance with their laws to prevent and take appropriate actions against abusive acts of adoption to exploit children’s labour and violate children’s sexuality, to offer, kidnap, and smuggle children for adop- tion; activities for making illegal profits from adoption; and other actions of infringement of lawful rights and interests of children.
2. In a humanitarian spirit and for the protection of children, the Contracting States shall create favourable conditions to encourage the adoption of disabled children and or- phans.

Protection of Children. The Installation Commander shall issue a written policy setting forth the procedures and criteria for: (a) The removal of child victim(s) of abuse or other children in the household when they are in danger of continued abuse or life-threatening child abuse.
Protection of Children. 7.2.1 The Provider will have known policies and procedures to deal with incidents where Children are alleged to be abused or exploited. These procedures will be integrated into those agreed by the Local Safeguarding Children Boards, in line with Children Act 1989 and Children Act 2004 Guidance and Regulations, “Safeguarding Children In Education – section 175 of the Education Act 2002” and “Working Together to Safeguard Children”.
7.2.2 The School will immediately inform the Authority of allegations of ill-treatment or abuse which involve any Child whom the Authority has placed in the care of the Provider and which fall within the remit of the Local Safeguarding Children Board Procedures. It will inform other parties as required by those procedures.
Protection of Children. The Provider, and any employee, must ensure that all incidents of child abuse or neglect, witnessed or suspected whilst executing the Service within this Contract, are reported to the Bristol City Health & Social Care locality office on the following number. Protection of Children it is Manx Care’s responsibility to ensure that children placed with you are protected from abuse or neglect. In the event any allegations of abuse or neglect are made against you as carer[s], Manx Care will investigate these in accordance with the child protection procedures of the Isle of Man Safeguarding Board. This may include removal of children in placement with you, during the investigation and suspension of your role whilst the matter is investigated. The investigation will reach a conclusion on whether the allegations are substantiated, unsubstantiated, unfounded or malicious and the outcome will determine what further action to take. If you are under investigation your supervising social worker will arrange independent support for you where appropriate through the Fostering Network, and agree interim financial allowances during any suspension. Safe Caring Agreement: safe care arrangements provide protection to you and to children and young people where there is a possibility of misunderstanding of intention which could lead to perceived harm and allegations. Your supervising social worker will establish with you a written Safe Caring agreement, in accordance with the fostering standards. This should be child/young person-specific for each individual in placement. Undertaking: you undertake to care for the child or young person placed as if s/he were a member of your own family, and promote the child’s welfare in a way that is consistent with the long and short term arrangements made by Manx Care, and as specified in the terms of the Placement Agreement and care plan. You undertake to work in partnership with all professionals involved and the birth family where applicable.
Protection of Children it is your responsibility to provide a child or young person placed with you a safe environment where they are protected from any abuse or neglect. In the event of any allegation of abuse or neglect, against you, you are required to comply with the investigation undertaken in accordance with the Isle of Man Child Protection procedures in order that a conclusion can be reached as set out in 10 above. You must not administer corporal punishment to any child or young person placed with you in accordance with the fostering standards and policy of Manx Care. It is your responsibility to ensure that children and young people safely use the internet and social media. Safety measures should be discussed on an individual basis for each child with the child’s social worker and your supervising social worker.
Protection of Children. The Council is under a duty to undertake checks on all persons in positions which are regular or sustained positions, giving a substantial level of access to children which may also be unsupervised access. The positions which need to be checked and how the checks should be carried out are set out in the Joint department of Health and the Department of Education Circular DFE 9/93.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disseminate any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If, however, we become aware that personally identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 18 has been collected at the Cafe Utopia, Inc. site, we will use such information for the sole purpose of contacting a parent or guardian of the child to obtain verifiable parental consent. If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if, when contacted, a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, Cafe Utopia, Inc. will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 18.
