Common use of Protective Clothing Clause in Contracts

Protective Clothing. (a) Protective clothing is understood to mean wearing apparel which protects the employee and the employee's clothing from excessive dirt, grease, sparks or chemicals. (b) The Employer agrees to supply protective apparel in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding #3.

It is understood to mean wearing apparel which protects the employee and must return the employee's worn out clothing from excessive dirt, grease, sparks or chemicalsin order to be eligible for replacement. (b) The Employer agrees to supply protective apparel in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding #3.
