PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. Seller agrees to provide spare parts for the Goods for a period of at least fifteen (15) years after the last delivery of the Goods.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. (9.1) The Service Technician may, while carrying out the Annual Boiler Service or the Boiler Repair Service, identify parts or component failure or potential failure of same in the Boiler. The Service Technician will advise you of the cost of replacement of any such parts and if necessary, but subject to your authorisation, will supply and fit replacement parts and/or components as is required. Title to any replacement parts and/or components will only pass to you when you have paid Energia for them.
(9.2) Replacement parts and/or components may not be the same as the parts and/or components being replaced and may not be manufactured by the original manufacturer.
(9.3) Energia will not be responsible for any delay in the provision or unavailability, or spare parts by suppliers or manufacturers.
(9.4) Any parts or components which are removed from the Boiler by the Service Technician will, unless you request otherwise, be taken away for disposal by the Service Technician.
(9.5) A warranty of two years will apply to any parts installed by Energia from date of installation.
(9.6) If the Service Technician needs to leave the premises to source replacement components and/or parts, payment for the Service and any additional labour charges (if applicable) will be required before the Service Technician returns to replace components and/or parts. An Energia customer service representative will advise you of any additional costs for the replacement components and/or parts and fitting and payment in full will be required before scheduling a visit to replace component and/or parts.
(9.7) In certain circumstances depending on the cost or availability of a replacement component or part. Energia will require payment in full in advance for the replacement component or part upon ordering.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. 7.1. G-Tech Services may supply and fit adequate replacement parts or components which are not the same as the parts being replaced.
7.2. G-Tech Services shall not be held responsible for any delay in the provision of spare parts by suppliers.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. Aspect shall provide SMI a reasonable and adequate number of spare parts at no charge and on consignment for servicing of warranty claims on the Monitor Products during the period in which SMI maintains rights to distribute the Monitor. At the end of each calendar quarter, SMI shall account to Aspect for the disposition and use of such spare parts, and shall return to Aspect all parts returned to SMI by its customers which were replaced with the consigned spare parts. SMI's return of such parts to Aspect shall be at Aspect's expense. SMI shall purchase spare parts from Aspect for servicing the non-warranty claims during the period in which SMI maintains rights to distribute the Monitor for the purpose of providing service to its customers. At such time as SMI's rights to distribute the Monitor expire, at SMI's option, Aspect will have the right and responsibility to furnish spare parts for the Monitor Products directly to customers of SMI, provided that SMI shall provide to Aspect promptly at such time all customer records and information necessary for Aspect to provide such customers with spare parts. Alternatively, SMI may elect to purchase spare parts from Aspect for the purpose of servicing non-warranty claims of its customers.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. At a price to be agreed upon by the Parties at the time of supply (which price shall in all circumstances be commercially reasonable and reflective of charges made within the industry for the provision of comparable materials), Seller shall make available all spare parts, tools, accessories, and replacements thereof that are reasonably necessary for repair of Equipment. All spare parts and replacements shipped by Seller shall perform according to the requirements of Specifications.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. The SUPPLIER shall at commercially reasonable prices undertake to provide spare parts in respect of the Parts during a period of twenty-five (25) years after XXXXXX’s purchase of the Part for serial production from the SUPPLIER has ceased. In case the SUPPLIER becomes unable to adhere to this undertaking, XXXXXX is hereby afforded a royalty free, non-exclusive, world-wide, irrevocable licence to produce the spare parts required, or engage a third party supplier to produce the spare parts. To enable XXXXXX to exercise such right also in relation to software components of the Parts, the SUPPLIER commits to provide XXXXXX with all and any relevant and necessary documentation, source code and information. The above license shall be deemed to extend and cover also XXXXXX’s right to develop, change, license and transfer/assign such software in connection with sales and support of the relevant Parts and provision of spare parts thereto.
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. 5.1. The service engineer may, during the Repair Visit, identify a part/component failure or potential failure. The service engineer will advise you of the cost of replacement of any parts/components and if necessary, but subject to your approval, will supply and fit adequate replacement parts/components, subject to their availability.
5.2. Replacement parts or components may not be the same as the parts being replaced and may not be from the original manufacturer. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not fit replacement parts/components not supplied by us.
5.3. We will not be responsible for any delay in the provision, or unavailability of spare parts by suppliers or manufacturers or incorrect parts supplied by the supplier or manufacturer. If the Installation cannot be repaired because of the lack of available parts/components, this Agreement shall be terminated and any unearned payment made to Bord Gáis Energy prior to termination under this clause 5.3 will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis.
5.4. Any parts/components which are removed from your Installation by the service engineer will, unless you specify otherwise, be left with you and not removed from the Property. If you do retain the part, please retain it until you are satisfied that the fault has been eliminated to allow for re-testing in the event of a further fault arising with your Installation.

PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. 1.1 Boeing will provide normal line maintenance for any Aircraft used for Flight Crew Training. As part of such normal line maintenance Boeing will, at no charge, provide expendable spare parts required for the normal maintenance of any Training P.A. No. 1947 K/WPA Aircraft. Such spare parts will include low cost Boeing proprietary items, nonrepairable items, low cost vendor items and standards.
1.2 Buyer will provide the Standby Spare Parts listed in the attachment to this Letter Agreement. The attachment sets forth a general listing of the types and approximate numbers of the Standby Spare Parts required. This list including part numbers, exact quantities and on-dock dates will be established during the provisioning meeting described in the General Terms Agreement (GTA)
PROVISION OF SPARE PARTS. 12.1 The Supplier will ensure the delivery of spare parts for a period which corresponds to the usual period of technical usability of the delivery item, but at least ten years after delivery of the last delivery of the respective delivery item to dormakaba providing no other availability of spare parts has been expressly agreed with dormakaba. During this period, the Supplier undertakes to deliver such parts to dormakaba at normal market economic and legal conditions.
12.2 If the Supplier intends to discontinue delivery of spare parts for the contractual delivery item after expiry of the period specified in clause 12.1 above, dormakaba must be given the opportunity to place a final Order with a notice period of at least 90 calendar days, which must be at least equal to the last average annual requirements of the last three years. The same applies if delivery is discontinued before the period has expired, in which case dormakaba further reserves the right to claim compensation based on breach of duties under paragraph 12.1.
